What an amazing experience! Ganesh is my guy! I came to the shop because it was recommended to me by my bestfriend and they did not disappoint! The process of dropping my car off was quick and easy. The repairs took place on time and it looked brand new! I would recommend them to anyone. 10 out of 10. The professionalism and communication was by far the best. Not to mention the cute cat! G&S Auto is a must!

I landed into this place my mistake when I was walking around looking for Premier Collision Repair that was recommended to me by my Volkswagen dealer. I was impressed when the owner of this shop said his name was Ganesh, which is a very popular name in Indian subcontinent. He told me that he works hand in hand with Geico’s estimators. So, I entrusted Ganesh to repair my car instead of going to Premier Collision Repair, which was behind G&S. That was a big mistake. G&S took more than a month to do the repairs and the car was repaired and given back to me without any paper work or guarantees. The owner Ganesh was not present when I went to take the car back. His father told me that Ganesh is not available. My rear wiper is not working. The new tire they put in does not have any guarantees. The other tire has a leak in it. I have problem filling gas because the nozzle would not go in and hold automatically into the tank when I fill gas. I need to hold the nozzle while filling gas. The closing lid of the gas tank also is old and ripped and falls off when I open the tank. When I complained to Geico, Geico said it was my choice to give the car for repairs to G&S. However, Geico agent was very nice and understanding and she told me that I could take the car for further repairs to some other shop and that Geico would pay for the additional works needed. It was a terrible mistake that I left my new car for repairs with G&S. See the picture of the closing lid of gas tank in my new car. Also, when I open the rear trunk, water would flow out for some time from the corner if it rained the previous day. See picture.
