I recently had work done at Gainesville Garage and couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and extremely easy to work with. It’s not always easy to find an auto shop you can truly trust, especially being new to the area. Their turnaround time was excellent, they got the job done quickly. They also kept me informed throughout the process and made everything smooth and stress free. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, efficient, and communicative garage, I highly recommend Gainesville Garage. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

Brought my vehicle in for a second opinion on some unresolved issues and a once over and couldn't be more impressed. I received an itemized report with photos on what items were in need of repair on the electronic quote I received to review and approve or decline the work by line item, and was in a bit of shock at the number od issues. I stopped by the shop to review them and understand their severity and priority. I was met with understanding and they took the time to review and explain them with me and were understanding of my need to complete repairs over time because of finances. What I approved for repairs was completed in a timely manner and I couldn't be happier. I plan on returning in the near future to tackle a few more of the issues noted.

After the long-time family mechanic got too busy to be convenient, I spent a year or two bouncing around to chain shops around the Manassas/Gainesville area. All of them failed to provide the quality of work that would justify their prices. Then my pops took his vehicle here and couldn't stop talking about how great they were. Since then, I've taken my truck in twice for *major* work. Both times, 2-3 days max, very reasonable prices, and an easy-breezy electronically based communications and work approval process. No dealing with service advisors trying to relay information they don't understand. No trying to upsell/pressure you on work you don't need. And of course, the quality of the work has been top notch each time. If you're looking for a no b.s., quality shop for vehicle work, look no further. 10/10 recommend.

New customer to Gainesville Garage. Called with my issue on Wednesday evening and dropped off Thursday morning. Diagnostic and repairs done same day at a decent cost. My old garage would have been booked for days, had me drop it off and taken 2 or 3 days to get the repairs done. I'll be back for future service needs (hopefully just maintenance 😁)

Excellent work, thorough examination of my ‘99 4-Runner. Was able to pick which items needed help ASAP, then I could decline service for anything my husband can replace, and we still have our estimate online to be able to select the CV boot next. Very easy to work with as everything is through text and the document the text to you is easy to open and understand, especially with the pictures they took of any issues they saw/tested.
