If I could give Gautier's Auto Body zero stars, I would. I'll do my best to make this short and sweet. They kept my car for almost two months. The day I was to pick it up, they fought with me and said that I couldn't pick it up until 3PM, even after informing them that it had to be earlier as I had to pick up my child from school. Needless to say- I went and picked my vehicle up around 1PM, as I needed. Three weeks after pickup, there was a huge crack where the repair was done. I was informed that I had a lifetime warranty, so I took it there to have them take a look. They told me that they weren't going to fix it because of "prior damage". I called the insurance company and sent them photos (the before and after I attached to this review). I informed them of the nonsense Gautier's put me through and they said they could see where it was Gautier's fault. They sent me to Crash Champions in Fredericksburg. Gautier's Auto Body charged more for a botched Bondo repair than Crash Champions did to replace the WHOLE panel!! The proof is in the photos. Gautier's Auto Body are crooks and I would not take a donut there for air!

I would not use this business. I had to use them due to my insurance. When I got the call my van was complete-I trusted that the work was done - when I paid my deductible they asked I meet them upfront and they would bring my van to me. The lady had an attitude as well about me leaving my rental overnight in their parking lot and told me they weren’t returning it. I said why would you return it when I asked to leave it overnight so I can get a ride back. Anyways- when I asked to see the work they did- the lady and I couldn’t get the van open. It was sticky and stuck. Lady said paint was wet. I said something is catching on the door. She acknowledged that too. Also paint on my rubber they installed too. And they welded the frame but they weren’t able to make it smooth. She admitted it wasn’t the best job but it was drivable: I said it should look new that’s how busy shops work. It was an awful experience and I don’t ever wish that on anyone. My insurance is now involved in this matter

Love this body shop. They made a difficult time easier for us. Ann Marie, Jenna and the technicians handled the insurance and the car rental for us. Their kindness and thoughtfulness was very much appreciated, they took care of anything that came up so it was less stressful for us, their attention to detail and thoroughness even the car rental was dropped of too them, excellent customer service from the start, so thankful for you. Highly recommend.

I love these guys, always clean and professional. Very thorough, they find even commonly overlooked damage. Very clean and beautiful repairs.

LOVED my experience with this shop! One, the customer service is amazing and everyone was so friendly! Two, I had a few difficult situations come up and was helped immediately with them, they handled everything with grace. Three, my car looks amazing now and I’m so happy to have her back! They worked incredibly hard to get my car back in a timely manner and I’m so impressed with the work, you can’t tell that my car was ever damaged, it might even look better now than when I first bought it! If you are searching for somewhere to get work done, this is absolutely the place to go 💕 I hope my car doesn’t get damaged again, but i know exactly where I’m going if it does and I know I’ll be in great hands once again!
