Today was my second visit here. A reliable, friendly, and trustworthy service center. On my first visit, they performed a very thorough inspection and produced a report with helpful images showing the state of various parts of my vehicle with their recommendations. They have two lovely clean waiting rooms but they will also coordinate a rideshare within a certain distance.

I had a great experience at G&C Tire and Auto. I brought my Jeep Wrangler in because I suspected a coolant leak, and the team did a thorough inspection and explained everything clearly. They performed the proper tests, including a pressure test and combustion gas test, and took the time to identify the likely source of the issue instead of just guessing or replacing unnecessary parts. I had a 2018 Tesla Model X with a non-functioning heated steering wheel and horn, and Tesla quoted me nearly $2000 for repairs. Then I found G&C Tire and Auto Service and decided to give them a try. Carter and Solomon handled everything, including a safety inspection, for only a third of Tesla's price, and they made me feel like a valued customer. They even offered Uber pick-up service. I'm really happy with this shop and highly recommend it to everyone.

I had the pleasure of working with G&C Tire and Auto Service in Manasas today and it was an overwhelming positive experience all around. From the moment I walked in, the team was both friendly and professional. Drop off was a breeze and pickup was just as easy. I was originally scheduled to have tires installed with another provider, but that didn’t work out. In hindsight I’m happy that was the case. Despite the last minute request, the team was able to fit me in today and had my vehicle back to me within a few hours. They installed my new tires, and bagged and loaded my old tires into my vehicle. It’s clear that the team at G&C Tire & Auto Service puts customer service at the forefront of each customer interaction, aiding in a positive customer experience overall.
