My experience at this Gerber location was outstanding. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional. I worked primarily with Mr. Simeone, the general manager, and he was extremely helpful and always had a positive attitude. My Palisade was initially serviced by Gerber in Hawaii. When I picked up the vehicle, I noticed a few items had not been completed correctly. Unfortunately, due to my limited timeframe to ship my car from Hawaii to Virginia during a PCS move, I was unable to return it for corrections. After arriving in Virginia, I searched for a Gerber location and decided to visit this one. I’m very glad I did. As soon as I explained my situation, the staff contacted Mr. Simeone, who came out personally and took care of everything without hesitation or questions. Within about a week, all of my concerns were fully resolved. I also want to mention that my car was dirty when I dropped it off, but when Mr. Simeone called to let me know it was ready for pickup, I was pleasantly surprised. The vehicle was spotless—inside and out—and looked brand new. Thank you, Mr. Simeone, for your excellent customer service and professionalism.

The car was dirty, and the repair quality was terrible. The paint finish is wavy and gritty. Even with their lifetime warranty, it's been a total waste of time and money. I strongly do not recommend them."
