I had an excellent experience with German Motor Werx working on my W211 Mercedes E350. Finding a shop that truly understands German vehicles can be challenging, but these guys absolutely know their craft. From the start, they were professional, transparent, and clearly experienced with Mercedes models. They took the time to explain the issue, walked me through the repair process, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. The work was done efficiently, and the car is running perfectly now — smooth, strong, and exactly how it should. What really stood out was their attention to detail and their confidence with the platform. It’s obvious they specialize in German vehicles and take pride in doing the job right the first time. If you own a Mercedes — especially a W211 — and want knowledgeable, honest service, I highly recommend German Motor Werx. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and repairs.

Jong and his team took to time with our daughter’s car and went step by step on the issues with the car and why it wasn’t worth putting money in to fix it. Other mechanics would have charged us thousands and thousands of dollars to fix the car that wasn’t worth fixing. Their honesty and integrity is second to no one. I cannot say enough thank you’s for your service! My BMW was in bad shape and broken down but Jong Kim fixed it all and in a timely manner and very professional. I am really impressed with Jong and his staff's knowledge of German engineering. They keep you informed on the process and the turnaround time is always on point. It's so hard to find honest and great quality mechanics these days. I highly recommend them!

I normally dont review much, but this one totally deserves a top notch! Jong has been my go to guy for all my benz repairs for more than a decade. He used to service my cls55 amg and now services my cla45 amg. I cant even think about taking it anywhere else! Jong has always been professional, super helpful, honest and amazing and i have never had a single bad experience. He is awesome! This shop is the best in town! You won’t regret it!! 1000% recommended without any doubts!!!
