I called at 11:33. I let them know I had a nail in my tire and I needed it fixed. I was told they were busy, but they had a 14:15 appointment time available. I get there right on time and checked my car in with them. At 17:20 I was called to the front and was told they weren't going to be able to get to it that day. What a way to waste 3 hours of my life. So much for making an appointment. I will never return to this place again.

I had a wonderful experience at this Goodyear, I came to get the Emissions done on my car , I didn’t know what to do, because I am a young college girl who knows nothing about this stuff. Zack or Jack was super nice and made the experience very smooth and easy. Very personable and helpful people at this good year.

Came here for a safety inspection even after I was warned by numerous people that Virginia Tire and Auto will ALWAYS find something wrong with your car during a safety inspection, so that you will let them fix the problem for you to pass the inspection. While sitting in the line 12 cars deep, and for 2 hours, I did notice that out of the 11 cars in front of me, 2 of them passed with no problem. 9 other cars had an issue to fail them??? That seemed high to me. Never the less, when my car gets a looking over (2008 Buick LaCrosse 66,000 miles) NO ISSUES, Rides and runs like a Cadillac. They proceed to tell me that it failed due to the front tie rod having too much play in it. Charged me $16.00 for the inspection, and would gladly fix it for me to the tune of $289.63. Told them to Suck It. Went to the place I usually go to in Kingstown (Springfield Virginia) and had them inspect it as if I never had it inspected. WHAT??????? No issues????? Passed with no problems??? Save your money folks and stay as far away from this place as you can when it comes to your car care needs. Money, Time, Sanity. 3 Valuable things that cannot be replaced.

When I first called they assured me they could get me in same day as I was stranded on the road traveling through state. When I made it there they made it sound like a HUGE o convenience bc the guy working my case said he was headed home soon. I told them they had told me it was fine...oh yeah it was middle afternoon...nowhere near closing. I guess it’s a commission thing. Then a month later...one of the tires they put on popped.

Excellent deal on tires. They grantee the best price out the door and even price match if you happen to find a better price. The warranty they offer is also much better than their competitors.
