Got 4 new tires installed and aligned. Staff was absolutely great, and helpful when it was realized I had ordered the wrong tires online. They had other sutable tires in stock and installed and aligned them quickly. Couldn’t ask for better or more helpful service. Highly recommend.

I had to stop at Goodyear unexpectedly after discovering a piece of metal in my tire while visiting the area. I didn’t have an appointment and was feeling very anxious, but when I called the McLean location, I had the good fortune of speaking with Henry, the manager. He told me to come right over and, when I arrived, he immediately made sure I was taken care of — even bumping me to the front of the line because I had an appointment with my dad. While I waited, Henry sat and talked with me about his family, travel, and anything else to take my mind off the stressful situation. He’s such an interesting, genuine, and caring person. This was more than great customer service — it was simple kindness and humanity. After I left, he even called my husband just to say he was a husband too and wanted to reassure him that I was okay. Henry turned what could have been a stressful afternoon into something unexpectedly heartwarming. He’s a true asset to Goodyear, and customer service is clearly his gift. Thank you, Henry.
