I went in for a simple oil change, and when I left, my engine was making an unusually loud noise. I checked under the hood and discovered they had left the oil cap loose inside the engine bay. I could have driven all the way to Pennsylvania like that, and if I hadn’t caught it, I’d be facing over $5,000 in engine damage from leaking oil. When I returned to tell them, all they did was a quick wipe and a half-hearted apology. This is completely unacceptable. I will never trust this place again

These guys are the best at what they do, weather it’s engine, transmissions, brakes changes, oil changes - you name it, they can do it for you at a reasonable price. I’ve been coming to Hernan’s shops for a long time now when he started about 15-18yrs ago always had a great experience with the service. I will continue to keep going to this shop for my future vehicle needs hands down

You get what you pay for. Prices are very reasonable, but the quality just isn't there. This shop misdiagnosed my issue and threw a parts cannon at it. The issue ultimately never got got fixed. The communications are lacking - they won't call you when the vehicle gets done, they won't answer the phone or respond to texts. They will likely leave grease stains and food crumbs inside your car. If you are trying to save money, need a simple repair (I would not trust this place with engine work) and are willing to look past the inadequacies (such as, you may not find your car at the shop in the evening, and when you see your car again the next day, it may have more miles and less gas in the tank), then this shop may be okay.

STAY AWAY! Hernan or Herman, the head mechanic was completely drunk when I was picking up my truck. I took it in for leaking coolant, brake pads, rotors, and an oil change. Not only did he have my truck for 4 days, he never fixed anything other than the leaking coolant. It appears he outsources his labor to locals in the community and pays them under the table as he is likely too drunk to work on cars. I dropped off my truck when his assistants were there not knowing about this mechanic's alcohol problems. If I would have known, I'd never have taken my truck here. He also charged me an exorbitant amount for fixing my leaking hose.

The mechanic was very friendly and the prices are reasonable. It took him about an hour to cut and weld new flex exhaust piece on my car. Highly recommended!
