Got the worst wheel alignment ever, in my 50 years of driving, from Honest1 at 10350 Courthouse road in Spotsylvania. My 2024 Honda CRV was driving fine but I scheduled this alignment because I had new tires installed two days ago. After the Honest1 alignment the steering wheel had to be turned about 20 degrees to the left in order for the car to drive straight ( straightening the steering wheel would cause a hard right turn!) No excuse for work this poor and clearly no test drive or quality control. I immediately returned to their shop and they redid the alignment. I watched this time and the amount of adjustment done was extreme. Keep in mind it was driving fine before Honest1 touched it. When asked what the problem was the technician, Dennis Powell, told me their alignment machine was “wonky”. When I questioned the honesty of charging customers for an alignment done using a “wonky” machine Dennis invited me to step out to the parking lot to fight. Based on my experience this Honest1 location does not have the equipment required to do a wheel alignment accurately and the technician wants to fight customers who point out the poor quality of his work. Other than that it was a great experience LOL. Since I have zero confidence in the work they did and indeed fear that that they may have caused damage I will be getting the alignment done again from a shop that invests in the proper tools for the job. The owner was standing next to us for this entire exchange and said nothing.

Made an appointment for an oil change, and asked about a safety check as well. The older guy with glasses and a cap at the front desk was extremely rude. He claimed the appointment time was later than the reminder message that was received from their system, didn't care about resolving the issue, and tried to move on to the person behind without so much as a by‐your‐leave. Not sure how such an unprofessional place that has a record of poor service and questionable charging practices (check other reviews) is still in business, but stay far away if you're looking for fair prices or even bare minimum front etiquette.

Dennis has rude telephone manners. We have never been to their service center. We have lived here in the Spotsy Courthouse area for 40 years. Decided to try and see if we could schedule an appointment for state inspection and Dennis was condescending, rude and acted like we were doing him a favor. Maybe somebody with people skills should answer the phone. We wont be seeking their services.

Have used this place under previous ownership. Today was quoted a supposed special when I called for an alignment today for $125 when I checked out, it was $155 and with no paperwork or evidence that anything has been done. I was given Nothing to sign that the work was completed as you would normally get from any repair shop/dealership. he also told me cash would be cheaper but then kept counting my 20s as though they were tens till I finally convinced him I had given him $150 in cash. This was a fairly decent shop in my previous experience. It is no longer run in a reputable manner. I hope my alignment was actually done not that I have any proof other than $150 gone!

I had such a great experience here! My oil change was done super quickly, and I didn’t feel like I was waiting around forever. The owner was so kind and welcoming, which made the whole visit even better. It’s not often you find a place that’s both efficient and genuinely friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to others!
