Had my daughter’s car throw a bunch of codes. Brought it to HRM and they diagnosed and fixed the car in a reasonable amount of time. Ron and Tim were very easy to work with and kept me in the loop as we waited on parts. Very good experience working with them and my family will be going back as services are needed.

Their name says it all - Honest, Reliable Mechanics. From the moment you walk in you now you are in a good place. They don't charge crazy fees, they use great parts and quality oil. Ron is a salt of the earth kinda guy, the kind you want in your corner when things start smoking and flashing!! As a female I am 100% comfortable taking my vehicle there without the worry of them taking advantage of me.

Ron And HRM Came Through In a "Clutch"!!! I Decided To Take My Trusty Ole '93 Ford Ranger, Manual By The Way, To Baltimore 5½Hrs From NC For a Concert. On The Way Back Home, After Bumper To Bumper Traffic Through D.C., etc, All Of a Sudden My Truck Brake Caliper On My Front Tire Seized Up. I Barely Managed To Pull Off The Highway To a Gas Station And Was Directed Around The Corner To HRM. I Was Immediately Greeted By Ron And He Quickly Assessed The Situation, But Unfortunately They Were Just Closing. Let Me Tell You, The Customer Service Here Was Outstanding. Not Only Did They Let Me Keep My Truck There Overnight Until They Opened The Next Morning, But The Work Was Addressed And Actually FINISHED Before Lunch Time. I Was Back On The Road In No Time And Back Home Safely In NC Before Dinner. The Prices Were Fairly Reasonable For a Northern Automotive Shop, But The Over The Top Customer Service And Speediness Of The Repairs Made Up For It. Ron And His Team Saved Me When I Was In a Tough Situation, Far Away From Home. And For That I Will Be Forever Grateful. The Knowledge, Expertise and Professionalism I Experienced Here Is Something That's Rare These Days.
