Frank is fantastic; couldn't believe it when he said the part the dealer said would take a week to get, he could get in 90 min. Sure enough had the car in and out for service same day. Would highly recommend.

I was late getting my inspections and was scrambling on a Saturday afternoon to get it done. I went to probably 5 spots in Herndon and most were already too backed up to accept any more for the day. This Exxon was my last ditch effort before putting it off until Monday. I pulled up and there was nobody in line. One car just going in for inspection. I ended up in and out in 30 min and they were so nice and friendly. The interior was renovated a couple years ago and very clean to sit and wait while my car was getting done. Will definitely be going to them whenever I need my inspections in the future! A plus service and speed! Thanks, guys!

This place is a scam! I went to get an inspection because my New Jersey inspection sticker is expiring at the end of this month and I live in Virginia now. They proceeded to give me a LONG list of FALSE repairs they claim I needed on my car in order to pass inspection. They ripped off my jersey inspection sticker and put a failed sticker on it and tried to instill fear in me in order to get me to pay for a bunch of unnecessary repairs. I have a 2012 Nissan ultima that is in good condition and does not need all the repairs they claimed. The cost of the repairs would be more than the car is worth! They wanted me to spend thousands of dollars in order to pass my inspection. They are crooks trying to get money out of people. They tried to take advantage of my naivety because I was from out of state. I found out later they have done this to multiple other people in this area. They need to be shut down!

These people will try to squeeze every last cent out of you. Then you will leave a 1 star review, then the owner will respond to the 1 star review telling you to call him. Then he will give you a coupon/discount over the phone if you take down your review. When you go to use that discount/coupon they will tell you you need to replace your blinker fluid and it will cost more than the car is worth. Dont get fooled by the 3.8 stars they currently have, it should be closer to 1.8.

Went there for the annual safety inspection one my car and experienced good service and it’s close to the house, so I took my truck for a diagnostic test due to engine check light turning on and oil change since it was due. They called to tell me the diagnostic test would cost $149 which was fine. Then called an hour or so later to tell me it was ready for pick up. When I asked for the results of the diagnostic test the said “the diagnostic test was run and no additional recommendations on work were made/ needed.” When I picked the truck up the check engine light was still on (figured they just couldn’t reset the light). Took it to an autozone the next day for a diagnostic test just to make sure and the code for a system leak came up. Pretty sure I got scammed for $149. If they really did the test they could have at least gave me the real results if they are charging $149 for the test.
