I've been coming here over the last couple of years and while service is never great, it has significantly declined. I love my car but based on services received, it makes me never want to buy a Hyundai again. On almost every occasion, service takes over 5 hours with limited communication. Last service, I was quoted $1,500 for multiple items. I called them to discuss only for them to tell me that something was already completed in the prior service and shouldn't have been quoted, an item that was $379. I had scheduled a service and had to reschedule because of the snow/ice storm. I called multiple times, left a message and received no contact back. Today, I came in and the service garage door didn't work, there were several attendants sitting, just glancing my way while one individual was helping someone out, arguing with another attendant while the customer waited. Someone came out and asked if the car outside the service door was mine and he said that any of the attendants could assist but yet no one assisted me. Finally someone came out of another door and said he could help. I was told my fluid reservoir was broken after 2 hours of sitting and waiting through text. Quoted me $1,100. I asked for an estimate which was emailed to me for labor of $420. The part would be $517.27 but when looking it up on the Hyundai website, the part was $255. Individual still never came and talked to me and all communication was through text with no answer as to why the part was so high. (With understanding that a dealership will upcharge parts)

Tell me, is 160 dollars quoted for 2019 Hyundai. Sonata oil change just synthetic oil change no tire rotation fair price? Woman alone. They agreed on 130 at the end which I still think it’s a lot? I get my car there because it also has 2 opened recalls and did not want to waste my time to take it to my mechanic for oil change. Plus the guy asked me where is my accent from. I am American citizen and Americans have different accents. Will not be back again and please women alone be aware! My car is still there for service as of right now

I wish there was a zero rating. I waited 5 hours just for my oil change. I recommended it to my friends and they bought a car from here, but I would never recommend it to anyone again. I regret it so much. I wish I hadn't bought from here. I experience the same thing every month. I'm talking about a service that forgets to put the trunk lid back on. Nonsense. All I have to say is I regret it... I will file a complaint as soon as possible. They ruined my day. Can an oil change take 5/6 hours? It's absolutely ridiculous. If it happened once, I would understand. I would understand. But since it happens this way every time, I am writing my complaint here... I want to understand, but they manage to make more nonsense every time. More than 30 cars arrived. I arrived at 11 a.m. before everyone else. Everyone has taken their cars and left now, but I'm still waiting. Give me the keys to the workplace, so I can close the door of the workplace in the evening.

Had a terrible time with the manager here a while back. The safford next door sent my car to get bodywork done here, and for some reason my engine had a knocking sound when I got it back.

First time in a Hyundai Service center after having been to many Lexus, BMW and Acura ones and I didn't expect it to be this nice. Nearly comparable to the luxury ones. Even have free coffee and bottled water.
