This place is a scam! The guys told my husband he failed inspection because of his brake pads being too worn out, then they told him they could replace them instead. He said no, and that he would do them himself since he already replaced them not long ago. He went home and the brake pads were not worn out at all, so when he went back to talk to the guy they just gave him the inspection pass sticker without even taking another look. The Virginia DMV should look into these guys because they are probably scamming others. Also, they were moving cars around by pushing the bumper with ANOTHER CAR. So unless you want scratches on your bumper, I would not recommend this place (see pic).

Stay away! I went in today for a safety inspection. Immediately a white haired servicemen told me that I needed rear brakes and rear rotors for $320. He told me he could do it within the hour. I left there and went to a more reputable place near my house. It was $20 for the safety inspection, my brakes were fine. Beware of this place! Do not trust them!!!

They did my safety and emissions for Bmw. The lady was wonderful and helpful. I am mentally ill person. They were nice but the old arabic man was laughing for some reason with the other arabic boy in their own language. I didnt like the feeling but could have been harmless comment. I forgive them.

After driving over 1,000 kilometers from Toronto to Virginia, we noticed the brakes were acting up and we needed oil change and some other repair work before we head out to Canada. The weather was cold and our car was old and clunky and we were concerned about the high cost. A friend recommended Icon Auto Services and we went to check it out and we were approached by one of the employees. He was polite, friendly and professional and we asked for an estimate which is reasonable. We decided to move forward. They completed the job ontime, and we are a happy customer! Thank you!
