Got me in fast. Did everything exactly the way I wanted. Didn't try to upsell me. They proved me worst case and set my expectations for worst case completion time. Charged me far less than expected and had the work done on time. When I went to pick up my car. Jimmy, the mechanic was standing there and said, "I'm the one who worked on that one." He explained everything and really showed me he cares about the customers and the quality. It's not often you find a professional mechanic with good prices and a good helpful. Highly recommend using their service.

I called this shop yesterday to discuss an issue with my BMW, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Izabel. I was immediately impressed by her level of knowledge. She understood the problem right away and confidently walked me through what was going on with the car. She even provided me with a clear and fair quote on the spot. I felt so comfortable after speaking with her that I made an appointment for the repair today and I ended up having an excellent experience. As soon as I walked in, Mimi welcomed me at the door with a warm, friendly smile. She was so kind and made me feel right at home. I also saw Izabel at the desk, and she continued to be incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She even went above and beyond by giving me detailed advice about the new car I plan to purchase, which I truly appreciated. The repair went smoothly from start to finish. When I later discovered that there had been a misunderstanding and the final charge was higher than I expected, even though the mistake was entirely on my end , Isabel was genuinely apologetic. She still took responsibility and offered me a discount without hesitation. That kind of honesty, integrity, and customer-first attitude is rare and truly deserves recognition. I only worked mostly with the owners son and he’s always treated me fair over 15 years in terms of pricing and services. Therefore, “most repairs“ my fiancé and I will just take our vehicles up the street from our home which is really convenient. We’ve also been purchasing gas from them since 2007. As long as they are fair with their pricing, we will continue to utilize their services. We support small business and their pricing versus going to a dealership with the service reps are commissioned based along with salary.

I have taken my cars to Import Auto for repairs as well as servicing for over 20 years. They do great work and take the time to explain the job and make recommendations. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. 5 star service.
