My wife brought her vehicle in for an oil change and state inspection, her vehicle was failed for a brake light that she was quoted over 300 dollars to replace, and told “it’s a special kind of light and very difficult to change”. Come to find out the part that was quoted at approximately 190 dollars only costs at most 80 dollars from the manufacturer, and the 100 dollars in labor to replace it when it was nothing more than a plug and play light with no disassembly or any tools whatsoever required. I understand some up-charge and everyone’s gotta make money, but that seems a bit excessive. Tint was also damaged when her oil change sticker was replaced and when it was brought up all that was said was “sorry”, absolutely no effort to make it right. Will not be returning for any future services.

Caught a screw in my tire hours away from my house.Searching the internet for a place to go and spotted Integrity Automotive across the street. Pulled in and told them what was going on and they took me right in. 20 mins later I was lugged and back on the road. Even offered me the screw as a a momento! lol Friendly and great customer service. Highly recommend!

I had quite a bit of work done on my truck at integrity auto on Main Street in Culpeper. So when my water pump started acting up I called them. Unfortunately they couldn’t get it done that day because they were already full. But they took the time to contact the integrity auto on Brandy road to see if they could get it done that day for me. They did and of course they did a great job and had it done before I thought it would be. I definitely would recommend them any time you need work done to your vehicle.

Sent me this after refusing to finish repair. Make it Right??? What a joke not once did they try and make it right. But want to advertise they do and will. Just thought I’d point this out. Also told me exhaust bolts broke off and no nuts on then but here is manifold and three bolts in it. Gasket was just degraded and broken in pieces. Integrity… more like Shady Automotive

I went in for an inspection sticker on my Toyota 4 Runner this morning. I walked in the door and was greeted by the cheerful young lady at the front desk. Her name was Cameron. She took my information, gave me the cost and expected wait time. Aaron the tech was very informative and answered all the questions that I had regarding some work that I need to have done in the future. They didn't make me feel rushed when answering my questions. Very pleasant experience overall. They will definitely be getting my service in the future :)
