My car was making a weird sound and Jose was super nice & explained everything to me and what he thought it may be. It needed up being the water pump! Now my car sounds great and runs smooth! Will continue to use him for future car troubles.

I had been stressing about finding a place to get it fixed when a friend of mine mentioned Jose, his mechanic. He said that because Jose and his team consistently provides excellent work, they are the only one he trusts. Jose and his team took exceptional care of my vehicle. They were thorough and informative, ensuring that I was kept informed of during the process. It was a refreshing experience to feel so secure during such a stressful situation. I had a very frustrating experience with JJ Auto Repair in Alexandria VA. They never called to inform me they had received my vehicle; I had to call at the end of the day to find out. He informed me they were closed on weekends. The following Monday I called leaving two messages with no response, I finally reached someone who was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He refused to clearly explain what was wrong with my car, talked over me, and said he hoped I didn't mind that they were closed on weekends for family time and that I wasn't their only customer, and not to call back anymore. He gave no estimate or authorization before later claiming I owed money. When I arranged for a tow truck, which was his suggestion, I found he had blocked my number while still holding my vehicle. I cannot recommend this shop. My car was released with zero fees. However, poor communication and disrespectful service made this a very negative experience.

This is the worst place I’ve ever been. The brunette at the door kicked me out because I pulled my car in the doorway and asked if I could help her. He was so disrespectful.
