I brought my 2017 F150 Platinum on March 2nd to Jack's for a mejor repair job caused by an accident on 295S in the District it took 64 days to get my truck back it was a slow process but Jack's shop did an awesome job with my pickup truck from now on this will be my shop to go to for repairs I highly recommend. I had a small incident where my bumper was left unscathed but my scratch guard was ruined. I took my car to a number of places in Virginia and they all said they needed to replace my bumper to be able to replace with a new scratch guard, which resulted in a quoted price of ~$3,500. I took my car to Jack and he said he could give the existing bumper some love and care while fully replacing the scratch guard. He did exactly that, and it looks brand new and quoted me for less than 1K. Jack is a man of the people and should be your first call when you have an auto body job to be done.

I had a really great experience here, everyone was very professional and the prices were very reasonable compared to other body shops. They were kind enough to touch up a couple other spots on my car during the repair process without me even asking. The work was done quickly and the results were great. Jacks was quick, thorough and extremely fair. He saved me when my friend dinged my car and popped the clips off the bumper. turned my ding/scratch into a brand new car again (had to take the bumper off and back on) and got me in same day!
