Members of my family and I have been here a couple of times. We really wanted to support and like this shop because their rates are honestly cheap. But you get what you pay for. The service here has been sloppy with very little attention paid to the details. Some of our repairs should have been easy but ended up needing to be done again sometimes more than once. The way they work here seems like they do a diagnostic then they fix one thing and see if that works. If not they try something else when you bring your car back in for the same issue they just supposedly took care of the last time you were in the shop. Between all the back and forth visits coming in to the garage and the frustration and the lack of a precision automotive repair, the low prices here simply just are not worth it. Pay more and take the car somewhere else and get the job done right the first time. Would NOT recommend je performance auto

Terrible experience with this automotive shop. They take shortcuts and seem to always look for the easy way out instead of doing the job right the first time. Brought my car in expecting a professional repair but what I got was rushed sloppy work that caused more problems than it fixed. Yeah they're cheaper but it's obviously true that they care more about getting cars out the door then they do about doing quality work or being honest with customers. I ended up taking my car to Herndon to have their " repairs " fixed . The best isn't always the easiest. If you want your car done right take it somewhere else the first time. This place cuts corners and hopes you won't notice until it's too late.

This garage is very shady. Came in for a check engine light that was on and they immediately tried to push thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs on me. JE Auto performance told me that I "urgently" needed a new timing belt, water pump, brake pads, and I MIGHT need a full transmission flush because the fluid was supposedly "burnt". Since I couldn't afford all of this, took my car to another shop where I could just get part of the work done gradually. Guess what? They told me that the only issue was a bad oxygen sensor- and that it was a quick fix for under $200. The timing belt, brakes, and transmission fluid were all in great shape. I am really upset. JE performance either have no idea what they're actually doing, or they flat-out lied. Stay FAR away from this place. The service isn't just bad here, it's predatory and trusting them could cost you thousands for repairs that you don't even need.

Brought my vehicle to this shop for what I thought was a small oil leak because I had heard that they do good work at a reasonable price. Unfortunately my experience here was disappointing from start to finish. They said they inspected everything, told me that the league was minor, I paid and was on my way. Either they misdiagnosed the total issue, or they did not want to take the time to do it right. In about 3 days the leak was back - only there was more of it. I left a spot in the street where I park and there was a strong burning smell while I was driving. When I took the car to another mechanic they immediately saw that the car was leaking from two different places and showed me where. They also showed me clear signs that the leaks had been going on for some time. They could not understand how the first mechanic missed this. Neither could I. I called JE to discuss this with them and they did not take any responsibility whatsoever for the lack of thoroughness or professionalism. Very disappointing and frustrating. I will not be returning here and I would not recommend this place if you're looking for accurate diagnostics or trustworthy service.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my vehicle and gave me a fair, transparent estimate for the repair. The work was completed on time, and they even took the extra step to ensure everything was running smoothly before I left. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for reliable, honest, and efficient service. I’ll definitely be returning for future repairs and maintenance!
