Can't say enough good things about this place! Whether it's a routine oil change, tires, brakes, or more complicated things like A/C repair or electrical work, Brad and his crew have always been quick, courteous and professional. I don't ever feel like I'm being upsold unnecessarily and I appreciate that they provide reliable turnaround time estimates and fair pricing. I always keep a business card of theirs on me in case a friend or neighbor needs a referral to a trustworthy shop. Keep up the excellent work fellas! Also love the festive spirit they show w their holiday decor!

Been coming here for oil changes and state inspections for many years. Prices for services outside of inspections are what you'd expect. But when it comes to car mechanics, can't put a price on honesty. Very trustworthy people working here. Most of the low star reviews is based on waiting times, which is kind of out of their control.

Took my Tesla here for VA state inspection; the tall Caucasian inspector with the glasses failed it for rear tire treads (valid) but falsely claimed fronts were nearly bald and needed immediate replacement, all with a smug smirk on his face. Replaced rears at Tesla dealer, passed inspection there easily. Dealer later confirmed fronts have >75% tread left—no issues. The tall white guy with the glasses enjoys failing vehicles and pushing unnecessary fixes. Reviews confirm he's rude and predatory toward Virginians. Avoid for inspections; go to an honest dealer instead. VA DMV, investigate this! Zero stars. The tall white guy who performs the inspections takes pleasure in failing folks.

I absolutely love bringing my car here for my state inspection and any repairs. I've read a few of the negative reviews about being taken advantage of, especially when it comes to females, and I cannot agree. My roommates and I have brought our cars here for years. We're all female with little to no knowledge about cars and we've never been ripped off. Every mechanic here is fair, reasonable, and extremely professional. Another huge plus is I had an exhaust leak and they offered to weld it rather than replacing the whole exhaust system which would have been hugely expensive. I did recently have a small blip where I came during the allotted state inspection hours and they were closed unexpectedly, but a small price to pay for the fantastic service I've received over the years. Don't worry about the negative reviews. You're going to get a great customer experience here, guaranteed.

I was very frustrated with their self-service payment system at the pump! After several tries I went inside and the young lady STILL didn't know how to load my gas pump properly! Do yourself a favor and just go inside.
