I scheduled a recall service and a checkup for my truck days in advance, expecting a smooth experience. However, when I arrived to drop it off, I was informed that the necessary parts were on backorder, with no estimated timeline for availability. This was disappointing, as I had planned the visit specifically for this service. When I mentioned that the truck needed to be checked for a possible transmission issue, the service advisor curtly responded, “We don’t do transmission service at this time.” There was no offer to follow up on the recall parts or provide any assistance or alternatives regarding the transmission issue. The lack of proactive communication and effort to address my concerns was disheartening. Customer service like this makes me hesitant to return for future needs, let alone consider this dealership when it’s time for an upgrade.

It's absolutely terrible. Tried to buy 2 trucks 8 months back couldnt get someone to help took our 130,000 paid in full business elsewhere. Tried to get oil changed, and tires rotated took 2 and a half hours, and somehow, the head unit started acting up. The parking lot is jammed packed all around stay away.

I have been going to Jerry"s Ford for service for the last 16 months and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I have been into see them 4 times. I bought a 2019 for Ranger from Car Max in October 2023 and Jerry treat me as I bought it from them. I have had them change the oil two times. (Drive about 6000 miles a year) I had them do the state inspection back in October 2024. Today (2/27/2025) I took it in because my driver side map light was staying on. They looked at it and informed me it was not the truck. It was me. There is a switch in the truck, that I never knew was there and I bumped it. They never charged me for today service. They have very good customer service. When ever I decide to buy a band new truck. You can bet, I will buy from them. Just because how well they have treated me. One happy Customer. Stephan R
