I have an aging car, a BMW 435. It's only been a day or two since I got it back so I can't really comment on the efficacy of the repairs. So it's really on the process. They are busy and it took several days to get my car looked at, but once work started it was done quickly, seemingly effectively, and with a lot of interaction and consultation -- all professionally and efficiently.

These folks are truly wonderful. They completed all of the required maintenance on my 2022 BMW X5 after it was no longer covered by the BMW service program. I had initially taken the vehicle to BMW of Alexandria, where I felt I was being oversold unnecessary services and quoted prices that seemed excessive—and that concern turned out to be well-founded. This team completed a minor repair on my left mirror for $190, compared to a quote of over $1,000 from the dealership. Their work was honest, efficient, and fairly priced. If you’re looking to save money without sacrificing quality or peace of mind, I highly recommend this company.
