Excellent team at this Jiffy lube location! I was worried about getting turned away for the size of my truck and was explained about liabilities. They promptly serviced my truck and ready to take it back to my crew. Services: oil change & diesel fuel filter.

While I waited to be seen (did not make appointment) An employee approached me to ask what I needed, explained their process and provided me an estimated wait time. This occurred 3x separate times by different employees. I felt valued and their communication was extremely appreciated. Once my vehicle was in the garage, one of the employees pulled me aside and walked me through what the cost would be for each service. All employees were incredibly friendly and helpful. They recommended additional services, but DID NOT press the issue when I refused, instead the recommendations would be printed on the receipt. This made me feel like I was accepting a service rather than on guard of an overzealous salesman. I requested a new cabin filter at the onset, and a separate employee made a point to show me my old one. They demonstrated full disclosure at all times which made it so simple to make decisions. Through my own interactions and the interactions of others as I waited, they displayed professionalism at all times. Weird flex: A clean bathroom! I won't claim it's a 4 star hotel bathroom, but it was clearly maintained often. I will absolutely be back again! Thank you for being so great!

I highly recommend this jiffy lube. I have gotten several different services done here and been doing oil changes here for 5+ years. They are literally nice to everyone and have also gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service and fair pricing. Not everyone recommends jiffy lube, but I would recommend this location to anyone. I’ve never felt pressured to do more than what I came for, but when I did more than just the basic oil change, pricing was more than fair. They are prompt here, as well. 5 + stars! Will visit again. Thanks!

I got new tires on my ford fusion 2013 and I went to get alignment at this location I did it for 130$ 4 days later takers got damaged I went back they told me oh u have a bad tie rod u need to change them they was gonna charge me 800$ and I will get my own part and he said come back at 7 bcs the is here I can’t do that rn the guy name jk when I called the the number on the paper they give me to make sure what is going on if the boss is there idk I payed my money after they told me come back from 800$ they said 140$ look at the different I said no I went to my mechanic he fixed the tie rod I went back for alignment he said it’s good rn all that one week later today I’m getting another tiers I just wanna tell people in here watch out from that people this is the real scam they keep over charging people bcs some people they don’t know nothing cars they will tell u it’s fixed but they gonna over charge u and they gonna charge u for part that it’s not even damaged

Promo, well mannered, trained and informative. I do not remember the supervisor name but he explained every detail my vehicle needed and apologized for the parts he did not have on hand. I will be a Jiffylube customer as long as he is there representing the company.
