Shawn - thank you for your service. Easy to talk to and to my personal opinion honest - which is something you don't see often with repair shops . I first took the car to Honda Dealership and they told me to replace a bunch of parts that would cost about 3k. I found Jim's transmission from google with good review and took my car there. Shawn told me exactly the issue and resolved it same morning and saved me a lot of money. Thank you again and I will recommend your shop to all my friends and family.

I recently had the pleasure of using Jim's Shop for some automotive repairs and maintenance, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with their service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the staff and Shawn, was very pleasant to work with. The pricing was fair and reasonable, and Shawn offered excellent advice and recommendations throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail, making sure I understood what needed to be done and why. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. Everyone I spoke with was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. They truly care about their customers and their satisfaction. Wouldn't let me make a new one, so I am editing my old review. New Comments: We had an issue with our transmission after we moved out of state. I called Jim's and they were willing to work with me finding a transmission repair facility in our new state while it was still under warranty. They're going to reimburse me for the repair. I can't say enough about the professionalism and the overall quality of customer service by Jim's Transmission. Would 100% recommend them again and again. Old Comments: Jim's Transmission Service is great! When my daughter's transmission in her 2004 Wrangler went bad, we checked with other shops and felt their prices were excessive and their warranty was mediocre. We called Shawn and the prices here were extremely reasonable and his repairs also included a 3yr/50k warranty. They got us in quickly and kept us informed with the status. I recommend Jim's Transmission Service for any of your transmission work. Their customer service was excellent and the quality of work has been great! Thanks again guys!

Shawn’s service is great. He replaced the torque converter on my 10 speed F150. Drives like new again and they were the best price in the area. truck was done in two days. Highly recommend.
