Got a nail in one of my tires and needed someone to swap it out with the new tire I bought off Amazon. I went to and called 8 places before finding JL and they were all either "too busy" to take me, or they refused to work with customer supplied parts (this was the majority). As soon as I called JL tho, they were very helpful, let me drop off my car immediately and had it done by the time I was back from my pedicure appointment. They were nice, professional, reasonably priced and did not try to upsell, which is soooo rare at car places. I will definitely be back! Thank you, JL Tire & Auto!

Amazing service! I went in with a flat tire around closing time and they took care of it almost immediately and I was back on the road in about an hour. They stayed back to ensured they fixed the tire. Very happy with the service!

I have four cars, and have been going to JL Tire auto service for couple of years. I have no doubt to go there if my cars have any issues, because I know the stuff and technicians are skilled and experienced. The last time I went to the shop was to do alignment after replacemen of both lower control arms by a different auto shop. The steering cannot go back to the center and one tire wheel were not functioning normally. Gloria and the tech were so patient and knowledgable, explained how the arm control works and why it is not functioning well after alignment. They recommend me to talk to the tech who replaced the arm control for possible defect arm controls or joints. And Gloria offered me to come back to the shop for a free alignment after fixation of the arm controls. Guys, if your car has issues, don't hesitate to go to JL Tire& Auto service, you won’t regret going there.

Recently had JL Tire & Auto Service mount a set of wheels and tires I brought in and do an alignment on my truck. They did an awesome job! The team is very honest and straightforward, something that’s hard to find these days. I’m really glad I came across a shop I can trust. I’ll definitely be coming back (if they don’t mind working on my monster truck again, haha). Highly recommend these guys for anyone looking for quality work and great service!

Overall good experience with the oil change but a little disappointed with the multipoint inspection. The cost for the oil change and the accompanying inspection is almost the same as the dealer. The advantage I was looking for would have been in the honestly and thoroughness of the service. After inspecting the vehicle I was quoted $169 to diagnose a knocking engine sound and faulty brake lights. Clearly the engine sound would require significant time to diagnose. However, the brake light is either the bulb, fuse, or the circuit. In my case it was as easy as checking the fuse box and confirming a burnt fuse which I replaced under $4. If I didn’t know any better, I’d have paid a lot more to them to diagnose and then more for labor and parts to replace the fuse. My suggestion to JL Tire is that if you can’t keep the labor cost down, maintain an advantage over the dealerships by identifying prompt fixes to easy problem when possible. This builds trust and potentially save money which is the reason people come to your auto shop instead of going to the dealerships.
