I am new to buying used cars, and I drove all the way from Pennsylvania for 4.5 hours because I heard JNM Auto Group in Warrenton, Virginia was a stellar and highly reputable dealer that sold good used cars. I bought a used 2014 Honda Odyssey EXL with 157k miles for 10k in late November 2025, and traded in an old, but functional 2006 Honda Odyssey EXL. There are some pros and cons: [PROS] -Complementary 4500-mile or 3 month warranty! -Rubber floor mats and trunk mat included! -Side door panel trim install included! -Very clean, well detailed vehicle -Little to no rust on underbody -Fresh oil change -EXCELLENT maintenance history - free CarFax report! -Quick and easy PPI arrangement with Advanced Automotive down the street -Clear the dealer did some good work to prep up the vehicle for sale -Dealer accepts purchase from credit card / own financing -Very quick and easy purchase - no haggling and no time wasted! -Relatively low $500 Doc fee! (I still had to pay separate additional titling fees in Pennsylvania as well, but the VA part is below the median Doc fee of $900.) -Very responsive dealer via phone, text and email! [CONS] -only one key included -cracked/broken driver side mirror housing -missing underbody splash guard and fender liner -rear axle and rear brakes due immediately, barely passed PA inspection -missing trim rear interior piece -deteriorated disintegrating window rubber trims -cup holder rubber disintegrating -cosmetic dents on back -right-side door closes, but is not detected to close? -faded steering wheel handle -high mileage for the price - better deals elsewhere if I had just waited 2 more months to buy -had to spend around $1500 in immediate after purchase parts, repairs and maintenance [BIG CON] -Trade-in low-balled: I was told my trade-in 2006 car would be sent straight to the junkyard, and that the dealer would be doing me a service to get rid of it. With that in mind, I agreed to a trade-in value of $200. About 2 months later, I saw my trade-in car listed for $4000 on the dealer's website. Although I do see that the dealer probably had to do some work on it to get it to saleable condition and I understand that the dealer has got to make money somehow, this feels kind of scummy to be told my trade-in car was a junkyard car to be scrapped for parts and instead being sold for 20 times more than what I got for it. -Trade-in mislabeled: I did not get paperwork subtracting trade-in value from sale price, meaning I had to pay more sales tax in Pennsylvania. It wasn't much since the trade price was so low, but this kind of left a sore note in my mind. [CONCLUSION] I knew going in that I was getting a used car and that of course I should not expect a perfect condition on an 11 year old vehicle, but barely passing PA inspection with various immediate repairs/maintenance items needed and being severely low-balled on my trade-in felt really bad. I guess that's just the nature of the used car industry, but all this tells me that JNM Auto Group is an average dealer rather than an exceptional one as the Google/CarFax Reviews suggest. All in all, a fair price for a fair vehicle from a fair dealer. Not exceptional, not horrible, but a fair dealer.

I had an incredible experience buying my car here! From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I never felt pressured, and they made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!

We were treated like family from start to finish. They were able to navigate our unique financial situation without a hiccup. They took care of a few minor concerns that we had with the vehicle without hesitation. We are over the moon with our Jeep Cherokee Latitude and will definitely be recommending JNM to anyone looking for a used vehicle. Thank you to the entire team at JNM for making our dream come true!

I had an amazing experience at JNM Auto Group today. My credit isn’t perfect, and I was upfront about that from the beginning. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with honesty, respect, and genuine care. I spoke with Tyler on the lot and then met the owner, Mohammad, inside. Both were incredible. I told them exactly what I was looking for and that I was shopping around, and they were completely honest about what they had, what would work best for my situation, and even which cars wouldn’t be right for me. That level of transparency is rare and truly appreciated. I never once felt like a number or a quick sale. Tyler and Mohammad showed real empathy and integrity, which you don’t see much anymore—especially in car buying. I had a small hiccup with the vehicle I chose, and when I mentioned it, Mohammad had his mechanic fix it immediately, no extra cost, no delays, no excuses. It was just handled. They were upfront about pricing and fees—no pressure, no gimmicks, no trying to steer me into something else. Just honesty. And honestly, what stood out the most was the human kindness. While waiting for everything to go through, Mohammad shared his fruit with me, and Tyler made me a cup of coffee. It felt like an old-school, genuinely sweet experience—the kind you rarely get anymore. This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had, and I would 100% recommend JNM Auto Group to anyone looking for great service, honesty, and people who truly care.

I recently bought a pre-owned Prius V from JNM Auto Group. I live out-of-state and I'd been shopping around for this particular model, and JNM had a listing pop up that was priced very fairly. I was concerned about buying out-of-state since this was my first time buying a vehicle at all, but Tyler was very receptive and helpful with all of my questions (and there were a lot of them lol). They really helped make the process as smooth as possible. I had the car inspected before purchasing so I had a general idea of its condition, but I've been driving the car for a while and I'm very happy with it overall! I wanted to say thanks to everyone at JNM, and I'd definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a pre-owned car, whether that be locally or out-of-state!
