Had an amazing experience here. They took me right away when my check engine light was flashing and my car felt like it was gonna kick the bucket. I was so scared I was gonna be without my car. Quick service and all of them are so friendly. Other mechanics have treated me less than as a woman and I didn’t feel that here. Great pricing and they had my engine running very smooth within a couple hours. They explained everything they were doing to me. I will be using them for all my future needs

I heard a loud noise on my car while I was traveling from North Carolina to New York and I pulled over in Dumphries Virginia at an auto mechanic shop right off the 95. The man was closing his receptionist just said I’m leaving and walked out the door and he said it’s your brakes your calipers you’re You’re looking at $1400. He told me to rent a car get a hotel and he maybe look at it in the morning and left so I googled and found JoJo’s auto repair. He took the time to look at my car. He found that the heat shield was stuck to the caliper. It took him five minutes to fix my car and get me back on the road and said it’ll be fine. You could drive to New York and back. That’s a good man. That’s a good mechanic. That’s an honest mechanic shop and I will always tell people to go there whenever they need something. Jayson, thank you so much for not ripping me off like anybody else would’ve done. I really appreciate it and you got me to my new home as I’m moving to New York. Thank you so much. I can’t repay you enough.

If "you pay for what you get was a person", this would be the place. This place seemed all good at first but any issues with your car that was allegedly fixed will reoccur weeks later. When I asked what all was done to repair my car after the second time having to come back, the response I got was "just come get your car it's ready for pickup." And no surprise a couple weeks later you guessed it.. My car was leaking AGAIN!! Cheaper isn't always better. Please take your car to a quality repair shop cus this ain't it.
