I went in to get our Tundra checked for an issue after replacing a sensor on it. Steve walked me through the whole process, was extremely hospitable & professional the whole way through from drop off to pickup the following day! They were able to also fix a wiring issue that was getting a low reading back to where it connects to the crankshaft position sensor. They narrowed everything down to the new sensor I purchased & installed, which was a faulty sensor so I ordered a new one from the dealership & currently waiting on it to arrive. I’m definitely looking forward to having our Tundra back up to optimal level again! Oh…they also gave me a loaner vehicle while they had our truck so I could make it to my appointments that day! Top notch service & reasonable pricing for an awesome place! Adding to that, this is an honest shop that truly wants to take care of their customers! I’ll be coming back here for the things I’m unable to do myself with our vehicles! Thank you Steve for keeping me updated the whole way & thank you to the techs that troubleshot the issues! I’ve taken two different vehicles to Just-N-Tyme Automotive and have had excellent experiences each time. 1. 2021 Dodge Durango V6 – I recently had an oil leak from a part that is known to fail on this vehicle. During their in-depth inspection, which didn’t take long, they were also able to identify two additional areas where small oil leaks were starting. They use OEM parts when necessary and quality aftermarket parts when it makes sense for proper fitment and quicker turnaround, helping get you back on the road as soon as possible. 2. 2011 Subaru Impreza WRX – I unfortunately blew the motor on this car and needed a full engine replacement. The team already had experience working on this platform and presented a clear, well-organized plan for sourcing parts, completing the installation, and getting the vehicle running again. Impressively, they completed the job in about six business days. It can be difficult to find a shop you can truly trust to provide both fair pricing and great service. The staff at Just-N-Tyme Automotive is very knowledgeable and transparent. They clearly explain what needs immediate attention versus items that can safely wait another six months or so. I highly recommend Just-N-Tyme Automotive. I drive from Northern Virginia down to their shop because of the trust I have in their knowledge, service, and integrity.

Came for the first time recently and I was very impressed with everything. The shop itself is well organized and clean, the waiting room is clean with snacks and drinks, the bathroom impressed me with its cleanliness. The hospitality was very good as well, Scott, Dylan, and Nick took great care of me and my car. They got my alignment squared away which other shops couldn’t fix due to my toe adjustment bolt being siezed. They got my car driving smooth as ever for a decent price. I’d definitely recommend, honest and high quality shop here!

Dillon was responsive and helpful from the moment I called the shop. Comprehensive knowledge, not looking to just get your money, on top of a clean and well maintained shop. You can’t ask for much more from an auto specialist. Stay ahead of your maintenance here and you won’t have any problems

I have a 21 year old Honda Ridgeline that has never been serviced anywhere but the dealership, but not only was I appalled by Pohanka Honda's service department, it was really getting to be too costly to continue using Honda service department for everything, so I set out to find a trustworthy alternative. After talking to Dillon at Just-N-Tyme, I felt like they seemed to be an honest, reasonably priced shop just like the other reviewers have noted. I took my truck to them and got a new timing belt along with all the associated work. When I got the truck back, it was running better than it had in so long, and I was so thrilled with it that I decided to let them replace my suspension, which had become terrible over 21 years. All I can say is WOW, I love my truck again, and I can't thank the folks at Just-N-Tyme enough for doing such an amazing job and treating both me and my ol' truck so well. I will be taking my Acura to them for its service, and I have already told all my friends. If you need honest, reliable service at a reasonable price, Just-N-Tyme is your place. Remember, skilled labor isn't cheap, and cheap labor isn't skilled, so finding a place like this is the best I can do to keep driving this awesome truck. Keep up the great work!
