I'm not one to complain, but this is unfair. I bought four new tires and spent around $1400 at this store, and one of them went flat. The car was parked for two weeks during the snowstorm on January 25th, and when I checked, the tire was completely flat. It's a total loss; it can't be repaired. It's a manufacturer defect. I went to the store and waited 40 minutes only to be told that the manufacturer wasn't responsible. I wasn't angry, just disappointed. You trust these brands like Goodyear and these stores, but it's all a facade where they invent any excuse to avoid taking responsibility for manufacturer defects.

Scheduled an appointment over the phone a week in advance for a Lyft Flexdrive rental oil change. Showed up on time, only to be told there was no appointment in the system. No one seemed to know what happened, and the only option they gave me was to wait 2.5 hours for a basic oil change. Really disappointing. What’s the point of booking ahead if it’s not honored? Not reliable, especially if you're on a tight schedule with a rental. Additional follow-up: While I was still waiting for my car during the same visit — after being told it would take 2 to 2.5 hours for a basic oil change, even though I had made an appointment over the phone a week in advance for a Lyft Flexdrive rental — I left a review out of frustration, reflecting my honest experience. Not long after, the person working the front desk saw the review and confronted me loudly in front of other customers. He said something like, “Even though we’re trying to get you out of here in an hour, you still left a bad review?” It was incredibly unprofessional, uncomfortable, and frankly, inappropriate. What made the situation worse was that other employees backed him up, instead of calming things down. I overheard remarks like: “We need to stop taking Lyft cars.” “Tell them to come a week later!” It was clear I was being singled out, simply for leaving an honest review while waiting — something any customer should be able to do without being called out publicly. I waited until after I left the store to post this follow-up, just to avoid another confrontation with the same aggressive staff. This whole experience was disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. Instead of taking accountability or addressing the actual issue, the staff chose to blame and embarrass a paying customer. That behavior alone confirms that my original review was more than justified. What shocked me the most after everything that happened was finding out that the person who loudly confronted me in front of other customers for leaving an honest review… is actually the store manager, Shawn Jackson. If that’s how they treat customers, it explains a lot about the overall experience. Completely unprofessional and disappointing

Just Tires is always there when I need them! Repairs, oil change, tire repair, light replacement, they do it all. Shaun is a delight to work with. He has the answers and if he doesn't, he finds the answer or gives you guidance where to go. I would be lost without Just Tires!
