I’ve been visiting here for all my recent services and repairs, and I’ve really enjoyed it! The guys are super friendly and always take the time to explain or show you what’s going on. My waiting time was just right, and the bill wasn’t as high as I expected.

I was quoted around $1,000 to remove the rack and pinion on my 2005 car. I pointed out that it only involves removing two nuts at each end and in the center. Another mechanic quoted me half that price—$600—and the first shop’s response was, "they don’t know how to price." My response was simple: "Honest mechanics don’t know how to price?" It’s hard to find trustworthy mechanics around here, but I’m glad I dodged this one. They were glad to dodge me too, based on their reply. Hopefully, my experience helps others make an informed choice. Good luck! (Edited: they replied to this comment with needing special bmw tools to remove a nut and a screw... embarrasing, really.. you all be the judge.)

Highly recommend! Excellent customer service. They detailed explained the issue of my car and sent me a video. They even showed me the old peaces that were replaced and how it’s supposed to actually work. Very honest mechanics.
