These folks are reliable, honest, good mechanics. They won't oversell you or overcharge. I've had issues with the metal plate on my car underneath falling down and they just went in and screwed it back in and didn't charge me anything. They said that they could order the part but it's expensive and not necessary to the function of the car and this would do just fine so I could make up my mind what I wanted to do. I feel confident in them and their work. And it's taking me a long time to find a place that I could feel that way. They also don't discount me because I'm a woman. They listen to me and are respectful and answer my questions and give good suggestions. Highly recommend them.

I am so grateful to my friend for recommending me to this shop. I went in today for a state inspection after I had rightfully failed the first one. The first place I went to tried to upcharge me for basic maintenance that I took care of myself. It was a very disrespectful facility who tried to make repairs and maintenance sound scary and tried to intimidate me into having them fix the repairs. The maintenance was a burnt bulb on a brake light, and foggy headlights. I repaired this myself and brought my vehicle here today. The first time I walked into this shop, all I could hear was joy amongst everyone working there, and the older gentleman who did my inspection was so kind and polite, even asking me why I had failed the first inspection. It was very flattering and made my day. They didn't try to upcharge me for any extra services for my inspection. I also trusted this place because the first time I was ever scammed, I was worried about if my oil had been properly changed. The gentleman at the front desk asked for nothing as he took a look at it, confirming that the oil had been changed properly. I was very grateful, being new to the city and feeling cheated, they showed nothing but kindness and trustworthiness. I have an oil change coming soon, so they will be my place to go! I genuinely cannot recommend this shop enough, and it brings so much relief to know I can trust them with my car, especially as a woman with a "cutesy" car. Many places think they can scam me, the kind people here did not even try. I can't thank them enough and wish them nothing but happiness! :)

I recently had an exceptional experience at KB Auto Care, where I had an oil change, a general inspection, and both front headlights buffed. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. The entire process was remarkably fast, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. The employee who assisted me was incredibly professional, kind, and detail-oriented. They took the time to ensure everything was done to perfection and explained what was done in a clear and friendly manner. It's clear they take great pride in the work and truly care about their customers. I'm very impressed with the overall service and will definitely be returning for any future needs. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, and high-quality auto care!

I was at tire auto on Blacklick rd for nail in tire, they told me I was here first no one is here so my car will be done first, 25 minutes later and nothing was done while others got there after me were taken care of. Their excused was other customers has appointment even they got there 15 minutes after me. Took my car to KB auto and was taken care in and out in 5 minutes. This is how good service was done no matter how big or small the job is. Well done and will recommend to all.

Went by yesterday and got two different quotes from them. One with parts and one without parts. They showed us the prices on their parts, and it was like 500$ extra because they want to make a profit on the parts plus the labor cost, which is another 500, bringing the total to 1400. We said Can we bring our own parts, and you guys install it, They said yes. After we bought all the parts and were about to deliver the car, they refused us. Sketchy enough, they didn’t even give us the quote because they said they weren’t dumb. It was probably to hide the ridiculous markups they were charging
