It’s really as good as the ratings suggest. I came in as a new customer for an oil change and left feeling like I caught up with an old friend. That is the quality of customer service here. Tom has such an honest and admirable character. I came here because my Toyota dealership was the opposite experience (not even sure they do half the services I pay for). I’ll be bringing all my vehicles back here. I brought my 2026 Toyota Landcruiser in for a break-in early oil change. Great price. In at 7:30 am, out at 8:44, $84.99. First come first serve on a Saturday.

Not to be dramatic but l'a trust Tom and his team with my life lol Tom has helped me out so many times with my car (Honda fit) and is always so nice, knowledge, professional, and quick. He's always been very straightforward and honest about anything going on with my car and is very affordable! Car stuff makes no sense to me and I'm always worried about getting taken advantage of but I have never felt led astray by Tom. Highly highly recommend him for anything!!

Tom at K&B is a true gentleman and I hope he never retires because I would cry. I brought my car to him for a tune up and mentioned that it’s my first and I’m not much of a car expert, but I sure would like to know how to keep her running, and he explained everything in easy-to-understand detail. The pricing was very reasonable and Tom was very transparent about what needed done, even gave me a to-do list of things that will need service in the future, again with an easy-to-understand explanation as to why. As a last note, Tom’s just a super friendly guy and always answers the phone with a great attitude!

My battery died and I needed an oil change as well. Called them up and they told me to come on by. They did a great job, and they were fast too! Also, they let you know the total up front which is appreciated. And of course, they were super kind folks! I will be taking my Subaru here from now on.

These guys are genuine. I just moved to the area and spent hours looking for a good mechanic across Reddit and other online reviews. I brought my old 2002 car in and they diagnosed my car one day and ordered the part and fixed it the next day. I’m glad I found these guys and their calm demeanor and good prices made me feel at ease. I will be a customer as long as I am in the area. A++
