Had them come change a tire for my wife. Not only did they break the guard for my wife’s spare but only put on 4 out of 5 lug nuts. When I called I was told to calm down that it won’t cause damage. Funny cause the vehicle shakes uncontrollably. I was laughed at and hung up on after calling. Absolute joke of a company and I seen the response to the issue sounds like you have people making things up still a crap business just trying to make themselves look good

Got a tow through my insurance. They called me almost immediately to give me an ETA. They came quickly and (I believe his name is Aaron) was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions very politely and professionally, and helped me when I needed it most. Thank you Keen’s for making a bad situation a bit better.

If I could give more stars, I would. An unexpected snow storm hit while I was driving and I slid down a steep hill and into a ditch that I couldn’t get out of in a remote area I wasn’t familiar with. Despite the snow still coming down heavily, and despite the very icy conditions, Keen’s sent someone out to come and rescue me. Bailey was kind, empathetic and was able to help problem solve a way to pull my car out and get me to my destination safely and efficiently. I could not express my gratitude enough for the time he took to make sure I was okay. If ever I am in the area again and need roadside assistance, I’ll be reaching out to Keen”s again.

Wish I could give less than a 1 star review.. truck would not start this morning. Through my insurance, filed for service for battery jump. At 651 am.. got notice they would be at my residence in 60-75 minutes. At approximately 9 am. I called. The very nice lady.. said they are behind.. about another 60 minutes. So around 10 am.. my insurance company texting me if they have arrived. Responded no... then I get a notice.. Will be another 45 minutes... so, slightly annoyed I called.. nice lady told me driver would be here in 10 minutes.. so approximately 1020 am at this time.. at 11 am I call back.. nice lady tells me driver has a tow, he's behind but he's gonna stop and give me a jump on his way..get a call from someone at their dispatch minutes later asking if I'm in a safe place... told her per my initial report, at my house. My truck in garage.. she asks if my truck is in parking garage.. tell her no.. at my house.. she tells me he is 10 minutes away..approximately 1130 am.. call from driver DJ.. tells me some lady by post office hit his tow truck.. he's waiting for police.. I ask if he's coming and he says yes after the police report is filed. I ask.. how far are you from me.. he says 30 minutes. I hang phone up.. call a neighbor, he drives home on lunch, jumps my truck, go to get battery. Now I call Keens and tell them to cancel service, I took care of it myself.. nice lady on other end thanks me... about 30 minutes later, get text they can't find my house.. do I still need service... incompetent, unprofessional, and an utterly unqualified. Now it was through my insurance that this pathetic company was referred, but to anyone needing tow service.. Stay as far away from this company as you can!

Price: $110ish for a 20 minute tow confirmed the price when I first called for the tow and was the same when charged in person Driver: his name was DJ and he is BY FAR the best tow truck driver I have ever had (been towed 5+ times) he let us sit in the cab and it was blast to hang out with him. He was extremely transparent on everything happening and extremely respectful. Overall a tow is a tow but a good driver makes a world of difference when your plans for the night were just ruined . 5/5 stars
