I am so happy I found this auto repair shop! goodwork, honest and affordable What more could you want in a auto repair shop? My car broke down last week. I was driving it and the check engine light suddenly came on & then I heard a very loud bang, and i pulled off the road immediately. when i looked under the hood of my car I saw that one of my spark plugs had shot out of my engine like a rocket and it broke through the engine manifold cover that covers the plugs & coils. The spark plug was gone, and the coil was broken into 2 pieces & my manifold cover was broken apart. . My car was undrivable at that point. I had it towed to some "other" auto shop in Traingle VA. that is close to my house. The "other" shop told me it was going to cost me $6,800 to fix my car!.....WHAT? They said I need a new cylinder put in my car. They also said my car was not even worth the amount of money it was going to take to fix it , and made me think my car was nothing but a junk, parts car now. I was frightened to death. i thought what am i going to do? I still owe 2 years more car payments on a car that is now a parts car? so next I started calling all the auto shops near my house. Most of them did not do the kind of work I needed done on my car. My car did NOT need a new cylinder; it needed a rethread kit that would be installed in the one cylinder that had lost its threads in it when the plug that was in it shot out of it at high pressure. Whoever did the last tune-up on my car right before i bought it did not put that spark plug in correctly, maybe too loose? it was not the fault of the car but the fault of the person who worked on it BEFORE i purchased the car. and so that is how I found this shop and the owner ADOLFO 😀 I had my car towed out of that horrible "other" shop and over to K.J Repair Shop. Adolfo had the car fixed in only 1 day. And Here is the best part the cost to fix my car with the cylinder retread kit installed, 4 new plugs, 1 new coil was ONLY ………. $450 vs the "other" shop that wanted to charge me $6800 to fix my car……… Adolfo even gave me a ride back to my home from his shop when my car was towed there And he also picked me up the next day when my car was repaired and ready for me to get it. so now Anytime in the future when I need repairs on my car This is my go-to place 😀😀 ** See photo of what my car looked like under the hood BEFORE Aldofo fixed My 2006 green Honda Element

they work for koons auto of woodbridge and does all the repairs on their vehicles. I just brought a 2021 nissan rogue and my air went out, they replaced the compressor but it still does not work, the owner Andolfo is very unprofessional, had me sitting and other customers for 2 hours while he was on lunch break. he never responds to text message and all the cars that was in his shop had 30 days tags from Koons of woodbridge, watch out for this mechanic and especially if you purchase a vehicle from Koons, they do not fix your car they just put a band aid on it and you are left with the issue if it comes back

I highly recommend KJ Repair Shop. My car broke down right off of I-95 in Quantico, several hours from home. Adolfo came out to my car, helped me get it back to the shop. He even helped me get me find the car rental place. Subsequently, he diagnosed the problem, fixed it for a reasonable price and was available on Sunday for me to pick up the car. Adolfo is that rarest of gems - an honest mechanic and a good man.
