Overall very satisfied. It was an unexpected surprise that they cleaned my car after repairs. The vehicle drives well and they have a rep with my insurance company that made things easy. I checked the box for receiving the estimate to confirm before any work was done, but did not get one. Not a big deal for this particular case. Make sure you state it explicitly if that is a major concern.

Absolutely excellent! Best experience you can hope for at an automotive collision repair shop. Service was excellent and as fast as possible based on parts availability. I feel like the team there treated my car like it was their own when it came to restoring it after an accident. They are certified by numerous manufacturers and I would take almost any car of any price to them. If you’re a Tesla owner, stop looking at any other repair shops and take your car directly to Kolex. They are Tesla experts and you will not be disappointed.

Have been meaning to leave feedback for Johan and his team. I can’t say enough positive things about Kolex. We originally used them a couple of years ago when my wife and I were both rear ended in the span of a couple of months in our relatively new Teslas. Having searched the web for local places we took a chance on Kolex without much familiarity with their business. We could not have made a better decision. Johan was an absolute professional through the entire process. He kept us updated consistently and made sure the insurance headache was no headache at all. His team did fantastic work and both of our cars looked great by the time they were done. Fast forward a couple of years and my Tesla has been replaced by an EV9. I had some damage to the rear view mirror (this time my fault). The Kia dealership wanted me to sign a quote for up to $2300 in case they needed to replace the entire mirror, paint, and whatever other non-sense they were up charging me (for a part that cost $40). I took the car back to Johan. He inspected the vehicle and told me there was absolutely no chance I should pay the dealership quote. Within a week they had ordered the part, painted it, and replaced the old damaged frame. No need to replace the entire mirror. Final cost - $250. And the cherry on top was the cleaning and detail they did that could have easily been worth a hundred dollars by itself. Car came back looking better than I left it with them. Again, as a small business owner myself we far too often only hear from clients when they have an issue and rarely when the business provides excellent service. Johan Rosas and his team at Kolex are truly excellent to work with and should be commended for the quality and care they show their customers. A+ business top to bottom.

They did a fantastic job, restoring my Nissan Maxima back to its original state pre-accident. Shahey was very professional and worked with the insurance company to get everything approved. Even when insurance wouldn’t approve OME parts he worked with local dealer to price match. I will definitely be returning.

My Tesla Model Y got rear ended. Originally wanted to take the car to Tesla but they didn’t have an available appointment until Jan 2026! Saw Kolex on Google and I am glad I went with them. Martin took care of everything from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, fast, and honestly way easier than I expected. They fixed the damage fast as hell and the quality is perfect, it looks brand new. On top of that, they even cleaned and detailed the whole car before giving it back. I didn’t expect that at all, but it made a huge difference. Super professional, super quick, and amazing workmanship. If you need collision repairs, definitely go to Kolex and ask for Martin. Highly recommend!
