The process started off rough. My vehicle arrived on May 25, and the original service advisor couldn’t locate it for a few days and was hard to reach. After some staff changes and delays— including waiting months for a new frame—Karina Ochoa took over and completely turned things around. Her communication was excellent, she addressed all my concerns, and she provided outstanding customer service.

It’s a preferred repaired shop by USAA please avoid! I’m only given them a 1 start because it’s the lowest allowed. They had my car for a repair for a front end repair for 7 weeks and the work was horrible, non of the panels aligned properly. The card had to return the body shop for additional repairs because of bad workmanship and on top of that they miss repairs to one side of the car. The the repair continue for total of 10 weeks with little to no communication from the body shop. Please avoid this repair shop.

Brought my car in after I was rear-ended. They were transparent about the process and expected timelines. Took 1 week longer than expected, but was informed throughout why. The team did a great job, looks brand new. They even cleaned my car inside before giving it back to me which was a pleasant surprise! I would recommend.

I went there because I was referred by gecico for one it took almost month weeks for me to get my car back over bumper cool ! parts I know how it is. The bad part is communication just basic communication I wasn’t told when they started working on car the status I had to keep calling. I finally call and she tells me it’s ready great I go to check my car no one is there even there go over the car. The car was not done the car had parts didn’t even fit. I left message to have them call me the next day I call after not getting a call back and she said that she got the technician to look at it what she told them to look at I am Not sure this takes another two weeks with no updates I had to physically go to get update. The point of this I will not use this place. I even emailed the manager and he didn’t responded. When I went to get my car there was no receptionist I had to wait for 40 mins to get my car.
