⭐☆☆☆☆ Our experience with Kia Koons Woodbridge was extremely disappointing. The sales process lacked transparency, and the information provided to us before purchase did not match the actual condition of the vehicle. We purchased the vehicle at night during heavy rain, which made it difficult to properly inspect. However, the very next day we discovered that the front windshield was cracked — something that was never disclosed to us before signing the paperwork. In addition, all four tires were mismatched (different brands/models), even though the vehicle is AWD. Mismatched tires on an AWD vehicle can potentially cause serious drivetrain damage and should have been addressed prior to sale. When we returned to discuss these issues, neither the salesperson nor the manager took responsibility or offered a reasonable solution. We did not feel that our concerns were taken seriously, and the level of professionalism and customer service was far below expectations. We expected honesty, transparency, and accountability. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I strongly recommend that potential buyers thoroughly inspect any vehicle — regardless of weather conditions — and ensure all representations are clearly documented before signing.

I have to say, I was extremely disappointed with Koons Kia of Woodbridge. They gave me an estimate of $5,000 for a head gasket job on my 2014 Kia Soul. On top of that, they added a list of “suggestions” — which were really just cleverly disguised add-on fees. These were all things that had to be done in order to get to the head gasket anyway, but they broke them out separately to drive the price up to over $8,000. I walked out of there thinking, I can do this job myself. And I did. The head gasket cost me $100, I watched a few YouTube videos, and had the job done in two days. It seems like their prices have skyrocketed, and they’re more interested in making a fortune off of every car that comes through the door than treating customers fairly. I will never take my car back there again.

My experience with Edgardo was excellent. When my wife called ahead of our appointment, he made sure to book our drop-off for the only time that fit our schedule that morning. He also helped smooth out a miscommunication about our insurance coverage. I would recommend him if anyone asked me.

UPDATING REVIEW: Changed from 2 stars to 1 star. As you can see, they responded with an email address to reach out to to resolve the issue. Great, except no one responded to the email I sent and followed up on. This place has terrible customer service, I would not recommend getting your vehicle serviced here. If the service department is this awful, I can't imagine what a bad choice it would be to buy your vehicle from this dealership. Go somewhere else. I took my Kia here based on a recommendation from Kia USA for some warranty inspections and repairs. They did test it several times, which I appreciate because it's hard to find thoroughness in vehicle inspections these days. However when the car was returned to me a week later, it was coated in some sort of greasy filth. I've attached photos so you can judge for yourself, but I'm used to getting my car washed after being serviced, not returned in worse condition than it was dropped off. I immediately called back to speak with Elvis, but my call was not returned. My email to Jonathan the service rep was also ignored. I don't appreciate having to eat the cost of having my car detailed because I dropped it off for an inspection.

I have my prepaid service here so unfortunately this is the only Koons Kia I can go to and wish I never got the prepaid service as I had kindly asked put air in my tires since they were low and the advisor said its part of their check and unfortunately this was not the case and the servicer did not put air on my tires. Its been inconsistent service for the past recent visits I had. Hoping something will change and wish the service team will get it together as their customer service sounds great but the execution when it comes to providing car maintenance has been missed.
