Kilbin Garcia is amazing to deal with. I had an outstanding experience at Koons Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Tyson, and I want to give a special shoutout to Kilbin Garcia, the service advisor. From the moment I arrived, Kilbin was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely attentive. He took the time to clearly explain everything my vehicle needed, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure there were no surprises. What really stood out was his honesty and customer-focused attitude. He genuinely cared about making sure my vehicle was taken care of properly and that I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. The service was completed in a timely manner, and the overall experience was smooth and stress-free. Set an appt. for a recall notice of valve. Verified with scheduler that the part was in stock. Estimated time for repair 30-60 minutes. Left keys in Dropbox night before. Called to check in since it had been hours and I had not heard from service dept. they said there were 5 software updates that needed done and that it would take longer than expected. It would have been nice if someone would have called earlier in the day to inform me. I then said please just do the recalled part only since that was my main focus and that I could bring the truck back at a later date for software updates. He then informed me they didn’t have the recalled part. I called him out and said that the scheduler verified the part was there. He said he would check. He called me back and said he was having the part delivered and now the updates and recalled part would be done by 3. Sooo around 2 I get a text saying the updates are taking longer than expected and the recall part still isn’t there and they are closing early today. They asked me to leave the truck there and pickup Monday. By this time my truck has been on the lot over 15 hours, I’m irritated and NO I can’t leave my truck there until Monday because I need to drive to work. I asked if they could provide a loaner…no response. No communication. At 3:40 I get a text saying it’s ready…pickup at 4. You think when you spend that kind of money on a new RHO truck you would get better service and better communication than that! I have had great luck and incredible service with Ourismann Dodge and they are a closer drive.

Trust is the foundation that will define a relationship, and that’s what I have with Kilbin. I purchased my vehicle at Koons, and have a dual residence spending lots of time in NYC, and will wait until I return to before having my car service. The reason being since my first time to this last visit I continue to receive what I personally believe are honest maintenance direction for my vehicle. As Kilbin is aware I travel a lot, and driving is my first choice, and with His Guidence, and the Excellent Technical team hidden behind those walls our Durango is roaring like the Great Lion She is; thanks to Him and the Team. Some People get caught up on price, and value and reliability cost, but the greatest return is reliability and assurance behind the wheel twenty four hours a day. 3N1

Wish you could give negative stars Brought my truck in for warranty work and new tires. Got truck back without my brake booster connected. Sent a video to the service guy Bradley who showed it to mechanic and said I needed to bring it back. That it was safe to drive with the brake booster being disconnected, no apology nothing, no loaner vehicle, just hey hook the hose up and bring it back to us and we’ll double check it Same week my new tires feel funny (unbalanced) bring it in and wait nearly 2 hours for them to rebalance what Bradley tells me is 2 tires by 1.5 oz (lot to be off ina week on brand new tires) I get it back and drive off. Instantly my truck feels like it’s completely unbalanced and shaking so I turn around and go back. Bradley assures me everything is fine brings out the mechanic, Zach. Zach says he’ll look at it takes another hour or so come back and says all my tires were unbalanced by over 1oz each (even though they were “fixed” 2 hours before). Also says the previous guy didn’t use the centering guide and he had found the part set aside from the machine oh and that he didn’t know if the machine was working right and that I might have to go to the Chevy dealer next door. Anyway shop closes I drive off……tires still not balanced. I call and leave a message for the shop service manager Kelvin on Friday no call back. I call Monday morning, all I want is my tires balanced, kelvin says he’ll chat with the mechanic and check the machine and call me back……no call back. I asked him to arrange for me to go to another Koons dealer to use their machine he tells me no can do, but maybe if his machine is broken I could use the Koons Chevy machines next door….again no call back. Literally worst service I have ever received. When you pay for tires and an alignment you expect it to be right, when it comes back 3x ina week and everytime something’s wrong (as identified by your mechanics) maybe it’s not your customer imagining things.

Until recently I have been very pleased with my experience. Unfortunately, the day after my service appointment, my vehicle became inoperable. It was towed to a dealer and I am waiting to hear back from them. I don’t know if the recent service visit is related to the breakdown, but the vehicle was running great until the system updates were uploaded.
