Devin Ramazon and Oscar Garcia make my experience absolutely outstanding every single time. They are both incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely care about their customers. They take the time to clearly explain everything and answer all of my questions with patience and clarity. I truly trust their advice and appreciate their honesty and transparency that level of integrity is rare and makes a big difference. I’m also satisfied with the Koons Toyota Tysons team overall. I’ve been a loyal customer since purchasing my car, and experiences like this are exactly why I continue to come back. Devin and Oscar consistently go above and beyond, and I’m very grateful for the excellent service. Thank you both for everything you do!!

Really fast! The gentleman Mohsin was very helpful - he mentioned he got someone to work on our car asap to get me and my 9yr old daughter out of there quickly. Very considerate, I appreciate the thoughtfulness. My kid was getting restless and on her second “can we go yet?” So getting out of there in 45min was amazing! I was also able to show her videos of past maintenance on our car while we waited and that was educational for myself and her too! We loving seeing our cars get inspected for our safety!

Sure, let me explain in a bit more detail why I gave one star. I originally came to the service center because I noticed a nail in my tire. At the same time, I thought I could also get a copy of my vehicle inspection report, which I had lost. While at the service center, I was informed that there was a recall on my vehicle. They offered to take care of it while fixing the tire, and I agreed — it seemed convenient. I was told the whole process would take about 2 to 2.5 hours. I waited patiently. After 2.5 hours, I went to ask if my car was ready. They said it might take a little longer, which I understood — delays happen. However, when I checked again half an hour later, I was told that there had been a misunderstanding: the part needed for the recall wasn’t available, so it couldn’t be done. And worse — my tire still hadn’t been fixed. At that point, over 3 hours had passed. They told me the tire would be ready in 20 minutes. When I came back 30 minutes later, they told me the tire wasn’t even damaged and didn’t need repair. So, in the end, I waited 4 hours just to get a copy of my inspection report. Frustrated, I asked to speak with someone. I went to see the person from whom I had previously bought two cars and explained the situation. He called someone on my behalf and told me they were currently busy but would be with me shortly, and asked me to wait. I sat down and waited for another 5 minutes, but when no one came, I left. About 30 minutes later, someone called me and asked why I didn’t wait… Really? After I had already waited 4 hours, they expected me to wait even longer as if that was completely reasonable? Apparently, every minute of your time is valuable — but what about the 4 hours of mine? Do they mean nothing?

My experience was a great one from beginning to end. First of all, I was told they opened up at 7:15am but when I arrived at 7:03am the day of my appointment, it looked like they had already been open for a while. I was greeted by the Service Techs outside who took my information (earlier than 7:15am) and was told to see the front desk personnel (which I was also greeted by with great customer service) who got me checked in speedily for my service work to be done. After which, I was led to the lounge area (which was a cleanly, spacious and beautifully furnished space that came equipped with a fun room for kids to play, vending machines and restrooms). The Receptionist gave me an approximate wait time of 2 hours. I was in the lounge area for what felt like less than an hour when I got the call from the front saying my vehicle was ready to go. I had a great experience from start to finish and, I would recommend this location for all of your vehicle service needs.

Their staff are fine but I wish they weren't over booked, over worked, and underappreciated. They're such a high volume dealer and Koons isn't going to invest anything to expand their services so it's longer and longer wait times and less and less of a personable experience. The final straw was when some rushed mechanic wrapped my Tacoma around a yellow bollard and damaged both passenger side doors. Of course they fixed it at no cost to me but that's not the point. These kinds of accidents don't happen when staff can afford to be deliberate. When the staff can afford to treat the customer's car like their own or drive at a reasonable speed so that maybe they trade paint instead of caving in a whole door. This level of careless, impersonal, hectic service is further evident in the way I am treated. My truck might look new again, but it was given back to me with less than a gallon of gas when it was dropped off with just under half a tank. I know they had to drive it to the body shop and back, but just give me a few gallons of gas. Especially when you charge $8 a gallon if I don't return the rental completely topped off. Disrespectful, indifferent, corporate, dismissive, just your typical overpopulated, aggressive NoVA experience I guess. Take your business elsewhere if you want to feel like your vehicle will be handled by dedicated professionals that are invested in providing a truly customer first experience. I'll be giving AutoNation and Ourisman a try next but expect more of the same in this region.
