Andrew was amazing. He was patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate. As a disabled veteran with a traumatic brain injury & PTSD , I struggle to communicate & my need to understand - he took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle, how they were going to fix it & explained what they did after it was done, & what to potentially anticipate in the future. I had my van towed to Koons terrified I was going to be left out of the loop, made to feel small/stupid, and then slapped with an insane bill. I left feeling confident in the work that was done & safe for future travels.

I want to express my happiness and thanks to Nikkia In the coons Ford Woodbridge service department. I’m in the service department quite fluently because I have (2) different Ford vehicles a personal (1) and (1) provided for me through my company. She shows care and concern equally for both. She’s helps keeps tabs of my state inspections to ensure both of them are in compliance and has a magical way to make me feel like I’m the only customers in a very crowded busiest establishment

Unhelpful. Borderline rude. Still not sure if he was slow or messing with me. I walked up and said "how's it going" he said "great, what brings you in." I told him I wanted to make an appointment for some recall work. He then paused and said "how you doing?" It threw me off, since we'd just done the small talk bit, I told him fine. He got my details and ran my car and said there were no recalls. I explained I was coming from another garage that said a repair I was trying to get done was under recall. Then the service rep wanted the name of my mechanic instead of addressing the problem. Told me I had no outstanding recalls again. I was surprised, since I had spoken to a woman from Koons calling to tell me I had a recall. I had complained that the last time I was in for a recall, they recalled the fix for the recall within 6 months. He said "I guess you need to tell her to put it on your oasis the next time she calls." He printed out a report that said I had no outstanding recalls. Normal service centers, at this point, would begin discussing getting the repair done normally. This guy couldn't wait to shuffle me off his desk. I guess he needed to trim his immaculately sculpted beard to more closely resemble a shovel. Shovelbeard. That will be his name in my head from now on. Shovelbeard at Koons. I called Ourisman up in Manassas when I got home. Very friendly. Explained everything I needed to know. I do not actually have an active recall. This should have been a simple bit of education that turned into a car repair instead of the weird back and forth clearly indicating Shovelbeard had more important tasks to attend to than helping customers at his customer service station.

My service advisor, Terrell is the only individual I go to when I have my vehicles serviced. He is knowledgeable, patient and respectful 😀 just a wonderful individual to work with.
