⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For over 10 years, BJ has been servicing my Range Rovers, and I will never trust another mechanic with them. He is truly top-notch—class A, the kind of person you’d want at your own Thanksgiving table. His honesty, professionalism, and dedication set him apart from the rest. Because of his outstanding service, many of my friends and even several of my patients have left their dealerships to come see BJ at Chantilly Auto Mall’s Land Rover dealership. His staff respects him, he’s transparent about every step of the process, and he makes the entire experience easy. Long gone are the days of feeling uncertain about your mechanic—BJ is the real deal. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

My 2024 Range Rover Sport with 15K miles had to have drive train and transfer case repairs. It was all covered under the manufacturer warranty thankfully. I was not please that they had my vehicle for 3 weeks. They had no loaners. They only once proactively communicated with me and that was in the first few days. I called every couple of days for updates. I was extremely professional, maybe too much so. It wasn't until I expressed my complete dissatisfaction with the customer experience that my vehicle was ready within a day when they told me it would be three days later. The service advisors, I had three during this time, were nice. James was most helpful. I am thinking about seeing if the dealer in Fairfax understands customer service better than this dealer does.

The customer service was fantastic and James was great. However, over $500 for a software update seamed a bit excessive. I give them 5 stars on service and 1 star for value.
