My MY23 Defender 130 was handled with care by a top-tier service team. Tommy Rougeux, my service advisor for over two decades, continues to deliver exceptional service. From pre-service check-in and scheduling to walking through any issues and arranging a proper dealer-based loaner, Tommy ensures everything runs smoothly — and he got my Defender back to me promptly. Although MY23 is the first production year for the D130, Tommy’s deep experience with the Defender line goes back to the D90 and D110 from MY20. He’s an award-winning Land Rover professional, and it shows — he seamlessly coordinates between Sales and Service, keeps communication clear, and is always transparent and professional. My car buying experience at Land Rover Chantilly was exceptional, and it's all thanks to Max and Ricky. Just had the best experience at Range Rover ever! I bought two Range Rovers in Chantilly on the same day and you would think they would treat you nice but even the one oil change was not a fun experience. I called them about a state inspection and was told I could go anywhere. Ok, so I called Tysons and Juliza Barrios answered and welcomed me! I came over the same day and even told her about the key battery being low, which she changed for free. I was in and out with a smile! I buy two new cars every two years and because of a $20 state inspection Tysons has my business moving forward!

We were not planning on purchasing a Land Rover, but stopped by to test drive a Defender without an appointment. Everything about the experience was great, from the staff to the vehicle. Later that day, we ended up driving our new Land Rover home! Amazing experience.

First of all, the customer rep is good, very polite and helpful. I would give him a 5 star rating. But for the technician and quality of auto parts... I put in my vehicle in April 2024 to fix driver side mirror and the check engine light. And It was fixed according to technician and rep, even placed with new parts. And five month later, the same issue happened. So I put in my vehicle for service again on the same two issues. I had just gotten my vehicle back Thursday, drove over one weekend, guess what happened again... (mirror still working) The check engine light comes on again.
