Two weeks ago, I made an appointment to drop off my car for state inspection , and at the time of scheduling it was clearly informed that the vehicle is a Tesla Model Y. Today, when I arrived, I was surprised to be told, “Sorry, we don’t have a lift for this type/weight of car and we don’t inspect this car.” What makes this even more surprising is that this location services the Hummer EV, which weighs nearly double what my car does. Additionally, they already had my vehicle information and my phone number, yet no one contacted me in advance to inform me that my car would not be accepted. This resulted in a complete waste of my time and could have been avoided with a simple phone call or not scheduling

Lisa in service is an AllStar! She is my favorite part of going to this location! Please fix the charging stations in the waiting area. I've been coming here for 2 years for service since I moved to VA and while Country Buick claims to offer loaner vehicles, they have never had one available when I've had service. LOVE the vending and coffee machine in the waiting area. Of Buick dealers this one seems to be a little more pricy than others in the area for service.

I have to admit I love these guys. The only thing I wish is that they were closer to home. They made my car buying experience awesome when my car was in pretty bad shape and I had a ton of negative equity and got me the car I came for at the price and payment I wanted. A few weeks later I had a minor issue and they fixed it for free and gave me a really nice loaner car and kept great communication to keep me updated. I do appreciate their business and have referred friends and family here and will definitely be back in the future. Thank you again for everything Country Buick GMC.
