I was quoted 106$ to fix the issue with my window with parts I provided, I accepted the price. I came back and they raised the price to 165$ for the same job. Once I paid the car part wasnt fixed and the window stopped rolling up unless you held it down for several attempts. I asked why they did not fix it and they claimed it was a faulty part and they claimed Autozone is to fault. They wouldn’t issue a partial refund, credit or to fix the issue so I had to present the details to my bank to refute the charges instead of being able to actually have the working window fixed. It’s a shame because this place comes so highly recommended for fixes.

Mr. Mutwakil and his crew were amazing. My dealership quoted me over $1700 to replace my brake rotors and pads because they were Brembo branded. I took the parts to Liberty and they changed out the parts for a quarter of that. Quick, professional, competent, they have a forever customer in me now!

I wish I didn't have to use them so much, but I have come here 3 separate times and I will say they have earned a loyal client. Solid service, always at a fair price, and a place that if you know what needs to be done and bring your own part to be replace (go to rockauto) they will put it in for your rather than the places that make you buy parts through them at a 200-300% mark up. If you need car work done, save time and worries that you are getting taken advantage and come here.
