Awful Service department. Firstly the service department lied to me about trying to make arrangements to get a shuttle driver since their driver is out. Then the service representatives could not tell what test they did to diagnose my car's problem. There were about 5 different issues that it could be and they picked the most expensive repair. I tried to discuss with the sales representative what tests were done and how they determine that was the issue. They would not let me speak to the mechanic that did the work and they were not knowledgeable on what was done. The sales representative was extremely disrespectful and kept walking me back to the finance desk mid conversation and wrote out some more notes on the sheet just to say they followed "the manual" on diagnosis. Waste of money, do not go here if you want to know what's wrong with your car.

It took me/them 5 months to come across the right truck, worth the wait. Everyone was very courteous, helpful and patient. Ali was my direct sales person, he was very polite, knowledgeable and stayed in touch throughout the process, along with Ali the other salesman was Mike and he to was helpful, polite and patient as well. Kalo the general sales manager was patient, helpful and never pushy. A good experience, thank you all.
