I really had a great experience with Lindsay Collision. They took really good care of me and my Lexus. Had my fender replaced. Car looks brand new. Ian was my specialist. He was always responsive and kept me updated with statuses.

The manager at this establishment appears to show little concern for customer satisfaction. My car was in their possession for over a month, and upon picking it up, I discovered that the windshield was cracked. Despite having photographic evidence from the day I dropped off the vehicle, clearly showing no prior damage, the manager, Michael, is refusing to pay for or repair the windshield.

I want to first start by giving a huge thanks to David Chung and the entire Lindsay staff. My experience was flawless. I reached out a day after my collision and they were able to schedule me to drop off my car in the next few business days, though they had very high volume at the time. David was my estimator, who greeted me warmly and did a very detailed inspection and markup of the damages. David communication was outstanding, leaving me with no worries, questions, or reason to reach out for a status. He provided photos of every damaged part, order status, expected delays, and the damages were fixed even before the estimated timeline. Now, let’s talk about the car after the repairs….PERFECT! I cannot put in words how impressed I was with the repairs. I have zero complaints and actually think that my Volvo S90 looks better now than it did before the collision. This center works miracles and will return your car with no trace of a collision. If you want flawless repairs and customer service, then Lindsay Collision Center is where you want to be. 10 star experience!!!

However, my trusted mechanic highly recommended them, particularly for their expertise in matching paint colors. After checking reviews on Google, I noticed that David Chung received consistently positive feedback, so I specifically requested him when I scheduled my appointment for an estimate. David was a pleasant surprise—he wasn’t pushy at all and instead focused on recommending the best solution for my vehicle. The repair was completed within a week of drop-off, and David went above and beyond, inspecting the work carefully before I picked it up. Throughout the process, he kept me updated with timely communication and even sent photos, which I found incredibly helpful. The professionalism and courtesy shown by David and the entire team deserve high praise. I wholeheartedly recommend this center and David in particular.
