They must get commission these people are rude as hell! They hang up on you or put you on forever hold. Seems as though they only want to serve shops because you push 3 as the menu states and then when they find out you're not a shop they either place you on forever hold or hang up on you. The first guy was really rude and just hung without saying anything the second one was Willy although he wasn't as rude he still transferred me somewhere else when he could have simply taken care of me DONE HERE! They left me on hold till they closed. Hope you get shut down cos it's obvious the owner doesn't care he has done absolutely nothing to change anything by the looks of the reviews!

This place lacks customer service. In all the time I've ordered parts from this place nobody communicates over the phone that it's 6 months or 6k warranty. They just mention 6 months warranty. The manager then tells me it's mentioned on the paperwork. It's true it's mentioned in the paperwork but in very small font that anybody can miss it. I go by what's told over phone which is 6 months warranty. And now you are telling me I have to read the small print on your receipt because you guys are being really shady over phone and not telling me the truth over the phone that its not just 6 months warranty but 6k warranty too just to sell the transmission. I'm down $2500, its my fault for trusting this company that what they say over the phone its true. I'm very disappointed, I thought I could trust this company and they were my go to for used parts, but after this I can't order from them anymore. And I called around for warranty policies not every company does this but some do, so make sure to ask properly over the phone and not believe what the sales rep tells you over the phone because they will do anything just to sell you the part because they work by commission.

-5⭐️ is what they deserve. This company is a fraud! They sold me a transmission that they never had and wasted my time for almost three weeks!! The sales manager is the cherry on top. Go to a local junk yard instead of wasting your time doing business with this people. After lots of arguments the only thing they will do is a refund. The lady lady called SHELLY in sales department doesn’t know the difference between Hyundai and Lincoln transmission. DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS!

Right now they're not at the top of my list because they lied. I asked them repeatedly are they sure they can get my part in on the day they promised. Called for my part and guess what? It won't be here til Monday. Surprise surprise. I could have went to another place who cost less and I would have had my part in TWO days but because I took the recommendation of a mechanic, I am waiting a week as opposed to 3 days like I was promised.
