Customer service is amazing, their prices are reasonable and the mechanics genuinely care about your vehicle. I’ve serviced my vehicle twice here and they accommodated my schedule with after hours drop off and pickup. I also appreciate how timely they are with their service, I’ve never been without my car for more than a day (it may not be the case for everyone because it depends on the service you’re doing) but overall they try their best to get you in and out without holding onto your vehicle longer than they need to. The 12 month warranty is also great, looking forward to many more visits here, thank you all!!!

Logan and the team over there are incredible! Put aside the fact they have worked on our cars for decades with honest, cost effective solutions they are all just salt of the Earth good people. I got a flat tire and my tire iron wouldn't fit the bolts for some reason so I called Logan. He personally gave me a breaker bar and a hand full of tools to burrow and trusted me to get the job done and bring them back. Thanks to his generosity, I was able to solve my problem. Thanks to his tool rental to a friend I was up and running! That's the kind of people you deal with at Logan's Import Emporium! Good, Honest, Helpful People!!!! Thank You again, Logan! As well to your incredible staff!!!

Let's be real, car repairs suck. They are always inconvenient, costly, and a flat out pain to deal with. This is compounded by the fact that the average person knows next nothing about cars, and relies solely on the mechanic providing the service to accurately diagnose and fix issues. I've been to mechanics that just want you to pay for a service that they spend no time explaining, and drove away wondering if I even got my moneys worth. That has not been an issue since my first trip to Logan's. Logan's has replaced my left axle, shocks, struts, bumper repair, and even recently replaced the transmission in my Nissan Sentra. Every single time he's worked on it I've been able to tell the difference as soon as I started driving. Every time Logan has diagnosed a problem he walks me to the back of his shop and shows me exactly how he came to his decision. This is a shop with nothing to hide, because from the second you walk in they make it clear that they are there to HELP you, and not just make money off of you. Car repairs are never cheap, so when you're spending your hard earned money you want to know that it's going to a good place. You won't find a better place than Logan's Import Emporium. I plan to make a 22 hour drive to Fargo North Dakota in a month and a half, and before I do I will be taking my car back to Logan's just to ensure that she will have no problems making the drive. And I will drive halfway across the country with no anxiety and full confidence, because that's how much I trust and love this shop. Thank you so much to Logan and his entire team!

My 2009 MDX Acura's air conditioning was acting up. I trust Logan's for honest assessment, clear explanation of alternate solutions and fair pricing. As expected, they let me know what caused the problem and suggested a couple possible fixes. I picked up a nice cool car and paid exactly what was estimated. Over the years I have had nothing but positive experiences at Logan's. I value their workmanship and integrity -- heartily recommend!
