Rick & Team: This is only my second visit, and while there was a small miscommunication on services, Rick was sure to take care of it on the back end after I notified him of the problem. So, honest and reliable, that's how you a reputable business and I'll certainly be returning yet again.

We tried Lorton Auto as we've been looking for a great Auto repair shop and Lorton Auto is it. They have fixed several issues on our 2008 dodge ram that 2 other garages couldn't. They do all services which is convenient incuding oil changes. Nice waiting area and people there are very helpful and good people. If your looking for great service go to Lorton Auto

Woke up to a ton of ice, snow, and a flat tire so it was a great start to the day.. This shop was one of the closest and one of the few open after the snow storm. They were able to see me right away, brought me out to show the nail in my tire, and threw a plug in for cheap. They were open and honest throughout the quick process, and the staff were all great, even giving me some stuff to look at to help entertain my 4 year old. Definitely will come back for future repairs and issues.

Long story short--Amtrak Autotrain riders with what turned out to be an "oversized" vehicle (2025 Chevy Silverado) as evidenced by our trip up from Florida. Vehicle now considered "too wide" even with the mirrors folded and "too long" so we were forced to purchase 2 round-trip parking spots on the train (whole other saga). Anyway in Florida we were required to go to a shop and have the passenger side mirror removed, 70$, 3 minute R&R the inside door panel (one screw), unbolt the mirror, separate the connector, took 3 minutes we talked more about the Eagles and being from PA than the time it took to do it. Anyway get to Lorton VA. Go to Pohanka Chevy in Chantilly to have it put back on gonna bite the bullet and have it R&R'd twice more. Pohanka charged us 240$ and made us sit in the service lounge for 2 1/2 hours to justify the "flatrate" (another saga). So not going THERE again. So on the way back, called and made an appointment with Lorton for 8 AM Monday before the train trip back. We showed up @ 7:45, the guys signed us in, I approved the estimate, tech came out, got the vehicle, removed the mirror, we were out in 15 minutes, 90$ a little more than FL, but reasonable not ripoff. Quality work and responsible and respectful. If I lived here they would definitely be my shop. Highly recommend.

No bs service, expeditious in tests, repairs, and very tech savy given estimate, updates, and billing all via texts on line. I'm a bit reticent to give these guys five stars only because too many will likely follow and therefore screwed up my maintenance schedule. Kudos 🇺🇲🎯💯 Oh, and likely lower costs than what one may have to pay at the dealership.
