Purchased a Groupon for an oil change for a great price on Sept 20th. I attempted to get an oil change a few different times at the location however there was always a 2 hour wait time and you have to leave your keys. The Groupon says you have to make an appt however when you call they say you don’t need an appt for oil changes it’s first come first serve. The service was ok overall it’s the time in between purchasing your Groupon and actually being able to set time aside to sit at the shell for 2 hours. Please take off appt required from the Groupon website to avoid customers having a bad experience going forward. The worker at the front desk was communicative and straight forward about wait times he would also update you on how much time may be left or when your car is placed in the bay which was cool to know. Overall I wouldn’t return to Manassas auto and tire for an oil change because the wait time is to long and the website is misleading mentioning appointments being required. If you value your time you will just go to Valvoline and pay a bit extra for way better and efficient service.

I came here for a alignment.. I arrived at 7:55am.. I was the second customer thru the door.. It was completed at 2pm.. 6 hours of watching customers come and go.. 6 hours of asking, complaining, and being told a couple of hours every couple of hours.. 6 hours of listening to their jokes.. If I didn't prepay (Groupon) for this, I'd have left hours ago.. And they still charged me $11 more.. 6 hours for a 6 month alignment is crazy. No, I will not return..

Please run away from this place. They use Groupon as bait and then try to drag you for weeks for no reason. They wasted over three weeks of my time - first the machine was “broken” for two weeks, and then when I finally brought my car in, they made me wait for 90 minutes only to tell me to come back another time - seriously?. People with such work ethics should be reported to the consumer bureau and held accountable.. it’s a total fraud…

My experience was great at the Valvoline in Manassas very young but brilliant mechanics there, I went for a regular oil change and they topped all my liquids off and we shared great laughs, super awesome team you have here! I will be back every oil change!

Not good. Lobby cramped and employees are unaccomadating. Force you to wait by not allowing appointments even when they are requested, assumably out of laziness in enforcing them. Would wait for company to mature before choosing them for service.
